50 €Peaceful positions, longer stays, asanas for balance and stability. With our body, we hold the space of determination and clarity.
Mindful slow yoga
50 €We do slow conscious movements and restorative yoga postures, meditate with the body and release stress.
Vastness of breath
50 €We widen the space for breathing and work on coherent breathing, open the chest and improve posture.
Yoga for the spine
50 €We strengthen the muscles along the spine, move in 6 basic directions, breathe deeply and do targeted back exercises.
Vitality = mobility
50 €We work on easy joint mobility, pelvic mobility, spine health, stretching hamstrings and psoas.
The breath of health
50 €We do anti-stress yoga and work with the breath along with yoga techniques that allow us to successfully self-regulate.
Yoga detox
50 €We wake up digestion, stimulate organs to work and raise body temperature with active yoga asanas.
Open chest and heart
50 €We open the chest, stretch the shoulders and upper back, expand the heart space. The lessons improve the upright posture.
Everyday mindfulness
50 €We practice an attitude of alert relaxation through the practice of yoga and the practice of mindfulness in our daily life.
