Project was born in the meeting of the ancient discipline of yoga and the pristine nature of the Mediterranean. The goal of the project is to refer at the needs and problems we carry and to approach them holistically, which is achieved by teaching and practicing therapeutic mindful yoga and somatic meditation, education about a healthy lifestyle and offered programs on the island.
Morning is the best part of the day for practicing yoga, which is why traditional Sun salutations are performed at dawn (and are therefore called "sun salutations"). In this short class with rhythmic movements, body positions, balanced breathing techniques and meditation we awaken the body and mind and stimulate our inner strength.
Mindfulness is a natural ability of every human being. It is our potential to be aware of what is happening in the present moment and to accept it with compassion, in a calm manner. It is a state of consciousness in which the mind does not judge or resist what it recognises and what is currently present and has enough space to decide how to respond.
Mindful Slow Flow is yoga class of light rhythm and meditative character. We become aware of the present moment, our state, our inner atmosphere through movement and maintaining simple body positions.
Join me for a mindfulness course where we learn the basics of mindfulness meditation. It is intended for beginners or those who wanna refresh their meditative practice.
When you arrive to visit Komiža or the island of Vis, feel free to contact me and we can organize a private or group yoga class.
Join me regardless of pregnancy stage and previous yoga experience. Regular yoga classes include deep breathing and breathing exercises, strength exercises adapted to other conditions, stretching exercises, relaxation time, self-massage and meditation intended for pregnancy.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that is based on matching the breath with a series of positions and movements through a specific asana sequence. Ashtanga yoga was developed by the famous teacher Sri K. Pattabhi Jois who brought this system of yoga to the modern world.
For two or more weeks, we deal with the yoga topic through an intensive yoga practice. They are intended for everyone who wants to work on establishing healthy habits. Yoga intensives are conscious changes with invested effort, will and a clear goal.
Yoga programs that take place at significant times and place and are thoroughly planned: yoga retreats, yoga weekend and yoga events.

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR EXERCISING DURING PREGNANCY: It is necessary to have approval from a gynaecologist confirming that the pregnancy is healthy and there are no obstacles to exercising. Listen to your body and your limits. Do not overheat. Make sure you never run out of breath. Avoid positions where the abdomen is squished or compressed. Do not jump. Do not do balance poses if you feel unstable. You are aware that you are exercising at your own risk.
