Join me → Private Prenatal Yoga

Therapeutic private prenatal yoga, live online. The monthly package includes four or eight 45-minute private online prenatal yoga classes, once or twice a week. Classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m., but we can arrange another time that suits you. I want to support you month by month and adapt the practice to your needs. After three consecutive months of prenatal yoga with me, you receive your first month in the regular online yoga programme free after giving birth, as postnatal yoga.

I send class recordings by email, and they remain available for one week. What makes this programme special is guidance shaped by my own experience of practising yoga during pregnancy.

Guidelines for practising yoga during pregnancy

• Please obtain approval from your gynaecologist that your pregnancy is progressing normally and that there are no reasons to avoid exercise.
• Listen to your body and respect your limits.
• Avoid overheating.
• Make sure you are never short of breath.
• Avoid poses that compress or squeeze your belly.
• Do not jump.
• Avoid balance poses unless you feel stable.
• You understand that you practise at your own responsibility.
