Private Online Prenatal Yoga
Dear mum-to-be, welcome to yoga with me. :)
I designed online prenatal yoga as a private practice. One-to-one classes have proved most helpful because each time we can focus on what you need, speak privately, and arrange a time that suits you. This approach has given previous students excellent therapeutic benefits from prenatal yoga. Classes include breathing exercises, pregnancy-friendly strength and stretching, and time for relaxation, self-massage, and prenatal meditation. I respond to your needs and questions so that movement can help you move through this special time with more ease and confidence. The monthly package includes four or eight online yoga classes of 45 minutes. I send each class recording by email, and it remains available for one week.
I would love to support you month by month through our personal sessions and adapt the yoga practice to your needs.
Classes address common pregnancy concerns such as lower-back pain, constipation, rounded posture and a closed chest, fatigue, anxiety, and more. Through the classes, we explore yogic practices that prepare us for birth and help us connect with the baby.
A vital pregnancy supports a healthy mother with energy for birth and the needs of her new baby.

“Thank you so much. Yoga truly made my whole pregnancy easier. I looked forward to every class, and it helped me a great deal. I felt good because I was moving instead of thinking, ‘I am pregnant, so now I will just lie down.’ :) I am so glad I found you. I really enjoyed it, and thank you for everything. I will definitely continue with your online yoga.”
