Morning Online Yoga Classes

Morning is the best time for yoga practice because practising first thing helps us set an intention and awaken the body and mind for the rest of the day. Twice-weekly morning classes in the regular online yoga programme follow the theme of the month in which we explore a part of the body or a yogic principle each month. The classes are guided mindfully, with a therapeutic approach and meditative reflections, together with guidance for keeping a Mindful journal. The classes support physical and mental health and belong to the fields of mindful yoga and yoga for mental wellbeing because of the way they are guided. We begin the day refreshed and mobile, with a clear and focused mind, ready for whatever lies ahead.

Morning yoga helps us develop patience and discipline in our practice and overcome tiredness and inertia day by day. Read more about yogic discipline. The classes are open to everyone, and the pace depends on the theme. As with all online classes, if you cannot attend live, you will receive a recording afterwards that remains available for at least one week.
