Keep your body healthy, your mind clear, and your heart happy with a regular yoga practice, guidance, and motivation for writing your Mindful journal.
This is the essential online yoga programme. Every class follows the theme of the month. It includes an introductory workshop on the first Saturday of the month, where we open the monthly theme; two 40-minute morning yoga classes on Mondays and Wednesdays; two Mindful Slow Flow 40-minute classes on the two Fridays following the introductory workshop; a recorded 10-minute class for every morning; and Live chat – an online members’ get-together on the last Thursday of the month.
Recordings of every class, together with motivational texts and guidance for keeping your Mindful journal will arrive by email after each class. Recordings remain available for two weeks after the live class. Complete them within that period so you can follow the programme regularly and get the most from it. :)
