Asparagus is nature’s magic. These little wild shoots, with a bitter, seductive taste, are packed with vitamins, minerals, and excellent, easily digestible fibers, prebiotics—food for our gut microbiome*. Wild asparagus is healthy and delicious, which is why we love to eat it. Of course, it is precious because it is not easy to forage and search for in the woods.
