Private online prenatal yoga
Dear expectant mother, welcome to my yoga class. :)
I designed online yoga for pregnant women in a way that we practice privately. It turned out to be best for us to be alone in class because that way we can go through what you need each time, talk privately, and arrange a time that suits you to practice. With this approach, all participants so far have had an excellent, therapeutic effect from prenatal yoga. The classes include breathing exercises, customized strength and stretching exercises, time for relaxation, self-massage, and prenatal meditation. I try to answer your needs and questions so that you can get through this special period more easily and beautifully through practice. The monthly package includes two or four hours of online yoga, lasting 45 minutes. I send you recordings of the classes by email and they are available for a week.
My desire is to follow you from month to month through personal gatherings and adapt yoga to your needs.
The classes cover topics that are common problems during pregnancy, such as lower back pain, constipation, poor posture – chest hunching forward, fatigue, anxiety, etc. Throughout the classes, we go through yoga practices that prepare us for childbirth and connect with our baby.
A healthy pregnancy is the key to a healthy mother who has the energy for childbirth and the needs of her new baby.

“Thank you so much, yoga really made my entire pregnancy easier. I looked forward to every class and it helped me a lot. I felt good because I was moving, not just “I’m pregnant and now I’m going to lie down”. :) I’m glad I found you, I felt really good and thank you so much for everything. I will definitely continue to join your online yoga.”
