Therapeutic prenatal yoga that eases the challenges of pregnancy. The monthly package includes four online prenatal yoga classes lasting 45 minutes (Fridays at 10 am), one of those four hours is our private gathering each month at a time that suits you. My desire is to follow you every month and adapt yoga to your needs. I send you recordings of the classes by email and they are available for a week. The special thing about this membership is the guidance from my personal experience with yoga during pregnancy.
