    What do I need to join an online yoga class?

    All you need is a device to follow the classes: mobile phone, tablet, laptop, smart TV… You also need a stable internet connection, a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. Optional props such as yoga blocks, straps or blankets can be useful and are often used during yoga classes, but they are not mandatory and you can practice without them.

    How can I apply?

    You can register via the website at the REGISTRATION link or CONTACT form or of course contact me directly at info@tena.yoga. After you register, you will receive my confirmation email with a response and all the details you need to know and with links to join the live yoga classes.

    Which platform is used for two way communication?

    I use the Zoom application to conduct regular and private yoga classes and for meditation consultations. For private classes, I create a special Zoom link just for you. However, if you wish and if it is easier for you, we can just talk on the phone or write to each other via email for consultations.

    I am a beginner, can I follow online yoga classes?

    My basic yoga program is not intended for complete beginners. How well you will cope with the exercises and techniques depends on your predispositions and previous experiences with similar forms of exercise. For complete beginners, I advise that we meet for a first private yoga class in which I can show you the basics and personally guide you in the practice.

    What if I can’t make it to practice?

    Don’t worry, all yoga classes and lectures are recorded and are available for viewing/practice for another two weeks via the link I send you after the class.

    Do I need to have my camera/sound turned on?

    Please turn off your sound during class. Turning on your camera can help me guide you in some poses or provide personalized feedback, but it is not mandatory.

    When should I join the live online class?

    Join 2-5 minutes before the start to check your connection and Zoom app, get settled, and let’s say hello and chat.

    What types of yoga are on the Tena yoga program?

    The basic online yoga program includes dynamic yoga based on Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles with an emphasis on anatomical and yoga therapeutic approaches guided by mindful principles (TENA YOGA METHOD). The basic monthly yoga package also includes classes of restorative Mindful slow flow yoga. All classes within a month follow the theme of the month.

    The online yoga program also includes regular Prenatal yoga classes – yoga for pregnant women.

    How do I pay?

    You can download individual class recording packages or a gift certificate directly from the YOGA SHOP. For the monthly package of online yoga, find information on the website JOIN or contact me at info@tena.yoga so that I can send you the information for the payment of the donation. A suggested donation is listed with each item. Payment is possible via internet banking or via PayPal.
