There is a moment when yoga stops being just a practice on the mat and becomes a way of life.
Verbasana Yoga Teacher Training is intended for everyone who wants to deepen their understanding of yoga, develop a personal practice, or become certified yoga teachers according to the international standards of Yoga Alliance (RYS 200).
Over the course of 12 months, we explore together:
- asanas and movement biomechanics
- pranayama and energy work
- meditation and Yoga Nidra
- anatomy and physiology
- yoga philosophy and ayurveda
- teaching methodology
- practical work and mentorship
The program is led by an international team of experienced teachers and educators who combine traditional knowledge of India with a modern approach to working with the body, mind, and consciousness.
Where: The program takes place in Zagreb + Online
