Spring is the most beautiful time to be in nature, everything is waking up, it is green and full of oxygen. On the retreat, we replenish our health through the daily practice of yoga, pranayama, local food, walks and meditation.

The retreat consists of yoga practice, volunteering, resting and walking around the island.
Suggested daily schedule (subject to change depending on the time and mood of the group):

07:00 Waking up
07:30 Morning yoga practice, meditation and yogic breathing
10:00 Breakfast
11:00 Volunteering around the house, garden, drywall, meal preparation
12:00 free time for reading or walking
14:00 Lunch
15:00 Rest, walking, reading or volunteering, depending on the day
18:00 Light yoga, meditation
19:30 Snack as desired, socializing, yoga Nidra, movie night
22:00 Rest

We serve a vegetarian menu, breakfast and lunch are organized, and you can prepare a snack as needed. We can accommodate gluten-free and vegan diets or any specifics.
