A personal commitment to caring for the health of your body and mind through yoga.
The package includes the full live online yoga programme: an introductory workshop on the first Saturday of the month dedicated to the theme of the month; 40-minute classes on Mondays and Wednesdays; two Mindful Slow Flow 40-minute classes on the two Fridays following the introductory workshop; a recorded 10-minute class for every morning; and Live chat – an online get-together for all members on the last Thursday of the month. Every class follows the monthly theme. The package also includes one private session with a consultation each month, where we explore your practice, questions, and suggestions together.
Recordings of every class, together with motivational texts and guidance for keeping your Mindful journal will arrive by email after the guided classes. Recordings remain available for two weeks after the live class. Complete them within that period so you can follow the programme regularly and get the most from it. :)
