Prema tom sustavu bolesti, nesporazumi i nejasno\u0107e \u010desto se manifestiraju tamo gdje energija nije proto\u010dna. Glavni smisao yoge je potaknuti vitalnost kroz cijeli sustav kako bi \u017eivjeli lak\u0161e, bolje funkcionirali u bliskim odnosima, odnosu prema svom tijelu i zdravlju,\u00a0u odnosu prema poslu i novcu, okolini\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U ovom ciklusu kroz 7 odvojenih radionica prolazimo sedam \u010dakri od kojih je svaka zadu\u017eena za pojedini aspekt na\u0161eg bivanja. U uvodnom dijelu pri\u010damo o zna\u010denju \u010dakre i postavljamo pitanja kojima poma\u017eemo vidjeti uzrok da nam odre\u0111eno polje \u017eivota stvara nelagodu, problem ili bolest. Na\u0161e tijelo je riznica na\u0161ih navika, memorija i podsvjesnog djelovanja.
