Doma pripravljeni namazi uvijek su bolji od kupovnih. Prozmaz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Veganski proteinski namaz od slanutka \u2013 humus.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Klasi\u010dno ali najbolje \u2013 humus!\u00a0Uvijek dobro do\u0111e, hranjiv je, zdrav, pun proteina i zdravih masno\u0107a. Humus je lak\u0161e probavljiv od slanutka koji nije pasiran jer mu je na ovaj na\u010din usitnjena lupina koja zna napuhavati. Tako\u0111er limunov sok i za\u010dini dodatno mu pobolj\u0161avaju probavljivost. Tahini kojeg humus sadr\u017ei dodaje mu dobre masno\u0107e, kalcij i \u017eeljezo. Humus nam daje super dozu proteina koji ne optre\u0107uju \u017eeludac ni probavu. Doma\u0107i humus puno je bolji od kupovnih, mo\u017ee stajati u fri\u017eideru desetak dana do dva tjedna. Super pa\u0161e uz svo povr\u0107e, sirovo, kuhano i pe\u010deno, na tostu, kruhu, krekeru ili kao umak za \u010dips.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ina\u010de je standardni sastojak humusa \u010de\u0161njak ali ja ga ne stavljam da ostane nje\u017eniji okus, zaljutim ga s kajenskim paprom koji je odli\u010dan digestiv i pun vitamina C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SASTOJCI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 kuhani slanutak, velika \u0161alica oko 250g <br>\u2013 pr\u017eeni sezam mljeven u pastu ili gotov tahini, tri velike \u017elice <br>\u2013 limunov sok, dvije \u017elice<br>\u2013 maslinovo ulje, tri velike \u017elice <br>\u2013 kumin, pola male \u017eli\u010dice<br>\u2013 korijander, pola male \u017eli\u010dice <br>\u2013 kajenski papar, po \u017eelji<br>\u2013 sol, mala \u017eli\u010dica <br>\u2013 malo tople vode<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PRIPREMA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za\u010dine vrlo kratko okrenem na suhoj tavi, samo da zamiri\u0161u, ako su ve\u0107 u prahu to je to ako ne treba ih usitniti u mlincu za kavu. Od pr\u017eenih sezamovih sjemenki napravim tahini isto u mlincu za kavu ili uzmem kupljeni tahini. Nakon toga sve sastojke stavim u dobar mikser i pasiram. Vode dodam malo, po potrebi, volim da je namaz maziv, a slanutak je suh kada se krene mixati pa \u0107e popiti vode. Doziram  kajenski papar prema tome koliko \u017eelim da je ljuto. Fre\u0161vokado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Namaz od avokada <em>alla guacamole<\/em>.<\/strong> Nekako sam li-la u vezi avokada, jer je vo\u0107ka iz dalekih krajeva i znam da mu transport mo\u017ee trajati danima u tko-zna-kakvim uvjetima. Ovaj put dragi je kupio avokado pa kada je dovoljno omek\u0161ao za pripremu namaza fino smo se po\u010dastili. S obzirom da on sakuplja ko\u0161tice i sadi ih, te da je jedna bilj\u010dica avokada ve\u0107 lijepo krenula rasti u vrtu (na Bi\u0161evu) vjerojatno \u0107e biti u kategoriji biljaka koje se mogu prilagoditi na\u0161im uvjetima. Serviram odmah da pojedemo dok je svje\u017ee. Super je i kao zdrava varijanta dipa za tortilla chips ili sirove mrkvice, u glavnom za obogatiti ne\u0161to za grickanje (ima laganu <em>Nacho cheese<\/em> notu). S obzirom da je mastan i hranjiv jedite ga dozirano uz puno svje\u017eeg povr\u0107a. Mrkvu i luk prokuham da su mekani (i \u010de\u0161njak se mo\u017ee blan\u0161irati ako ne \u017eelite prejaki okus). Sve sastojke stavim u dobar blender i mixam. Obi\u010dno sa\u010duvam vodu od kuhanja mrkve i luka pa ako treba jo\u0161 malo te\u010dnosti najbolje je dodati koju \u017elicu te vode. Namaz mo\u017ee biti gusto\u0107e za sendvi\u010d ili dip, ovisno \u0161to \u017eelimo. Mo\u017ee se raditi dok je povr\u0107e jo\u0161 toplo od kuhanja ali onda ostavite da se ohladi prije konzumiranja.\u00a0<br>Prijatno. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
