Nakon \u0161to sam nekoliko puta zapekla kola\u010d banane &#8211; jaja &#8211; zob, po\u010dela sam se igrati s kreativnim varijantama pa vam pi\u0161em jednu veselu i ukusnu, a to je <strong>bananola\u010d kakao roga\u010d<\/strong>.<br>Ovo je zaista zdravi kola\u010d jer nema dodatnog \u0161e\u0107era, nema glutena, a zob i jaja \u010dine ga bogatim proteinskim obrokom. Spada u skupinu &#8222;doru\u010dkastih&#8220; kola\u010da zbog kojih za doru\u010dak pojedete jednu \u0161nitu kruha manje ili samo \u0161nitu ovog kola\u010da uz \u010daj ili kavu. Nakon obilnog ru\u010dka nije tako prigodan jer je zasitan i usporit \u0107e probavu, no nakon sporta i yoge je super jer brzo vra\u0107a energiju. prstohvat soli<br>&#8211; 2 \u017elice ulja (mo\u017ee kokosovo ili suncokretovo)<br>&#8211; 2 \u017elice roga\u010da u prahu<br>&#8211; 2 \u017elice gorkog kakaa u prahu<br>&#8211; bademi<br>&#8211; kockice tamne \u010dokolada<br>&#8211; ulje za kalup<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>PRIPREMA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvo napravim osnovnu smjesu od banana, jaja, zobi i\/ili kokosovog bra\u0161na, malo soli, ulja, pra\u0161ka za pecivo  i malo soli. Te sastojke fino izmiksam u zdjeli sa \u0161tapnim mikserom (tako mi je najlak\u0161e ali mo\u017eete i s bilo kojim drugim blenderom). Ako su banane srednje zrele mo\u017eda \u0107e biti potrebno dodati malo mlijeka ili vode pa slobodno dodajte ali samo koju \u017elicu. Potpuno zrele banane su skoro ve\u0107 ka\u0161a. Kokosovo bra\u0161no nije nu\u017eno, daje malo \u010dvrsto\u0107e ali slobodno ga zamijenite sa zobi. Tu smjesu pustim da odstoji barem sat vremena na sobnoj temperaturi da se zob dobro natopi i da se pove\u017eu svi sastojci. <br>Zatim odvojim dva jednaka dijela, jednom umije\u0161am kakao, a drugom roga\u010d. Nakon te faze tako\u0111er dobro je ostaviti tijesto da odstoji prije pe\u010denja &#8211; opet da se pro\u017emu sastojci. Nakon \u0161to je tijesto pozicionirano u kalup malo sam ga ukrasila i stavila bademe na dio s roga\u010dem, a kockice \u010dokolade na dijelove s kakaom. Sada je kola\u010d spreman za pe\u010denje, otprilike 25 minuta na 180 stupnjeva u ranije zagrijanoj pe\u0107nici. Po\u0161to je tamne boje te\u0161ko je vidjeti kada se zarumeni ali meni se malo odvoji od ruba kalupa i na tom rubu porumeni pa po tome znam. U glavnom ne pe\u010de se dugo i mo\u017ee se jesti i topao (ne vru\u0107 naravno).
