Mi nemamo blokade koje nas sprje\u010davaju kako bi bili kona\u010dno sretni, nismo \u201czaprljani\u201d \u017eivotom i traumama koje trebamo rije\u0161iti kako bi jednom zauvijek odahnuli od svih problema. Kad tako razmi\u0161ljam uvijek se pitam, \u201c\u0161to onda kad kona\u010dno pro\u010distim sve blokade i do\u0111em do slobodne sretne du\u0161e?\u201d. Odgovor je uvijek isti &#8211; nema te krajnje sre\u0107e. Podlo\u017eni smo bolestima, starimo i umrijet \u0107emo, rastanak i bol nisu nikakve blokade na osobnom nivou upisane u na\u0161oj \u201cnatalnoj karti\u201d ve\u0107 prirodan dio toka \u017eivota. To nije ni najmanje pesimisti\u010dna kontemplacija*, navodim je kako bi se mogla nadovezati i re\u0107i da pravi mir mo\u017eemo prona\u0107i jedino u pristajanju na taj prirodan proces i tok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u017divot je stalni proces nastajanja i nestajanja, sva na\u0161a stanja dolaze i prolaze, mi zapravo imamo samo do\u017eivljaj u kojem je sada\u0161nje iskustvo prisutno iz trenutka u trenutak.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Istina je da smo odgojem pokupili uzorke djelovanja i razmi\u0161ljanja koji su nas uvjetovali na ovaj ili onaj na\u010din no to je prirodno, ne mo\u017eemo biti ne uvjetovani odgojem i kulturom u kojoj \u017eivimo. Na primjer; kao djete pla\u010demo i pokazujemo nezadovoljstvo kada ne\u0161to nije u redu, ako nam roditelji na takvo pona\u0161anje govore \u201cbudi dobar\u201d ili \u201cnisi dobar\u201d mi smo u konfliktu &#8211; mene boli i to pokazujem kako znam, a za to sam ka\u017enjen\u2026 Tako nau\u010dimo da nije sigurno biti iskren, da nismo prihva\u0107eni kada nas boli i da nemamo zale\u0111e u roditeljima. To je uvjetovanost odgojem. Kada odrastemo ta se uvjerenja i obrasci pona\u0161anja ponavljaju automatski (nesvjesno) u bliskim odnosima.**<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nezadovoljstvo (od malih iritacija do duboke boli), osje\u0107aj \u201cblokiranosti\u201d i frustriranosti stanja su s kojima \u017eivimo, koja u\u010dimo dr\u017eati blizu srca u razumijevanju da im ne mo\u017eemo pobje\u0107i, da nije ni\u0161ta krivo ako osje\u0107amo nezadovoljstvo i bol te da \u017eivjeti cjelovit \u017eivot zna\u010di dozvoliti si osjetiti sve bez obzira \u0161to je uzrok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dok got te\u017eimo \u017eivotu bez osje\u0107aja boli i nezadovoljstva lovimo sre\u0107u koja ne postoji, nismo si dovoljno dobri takvi kakvi jesmo (jer sigurno ne\u0161to ne valja sa mnom ako patim) i \u017eivimo s osje\u0107ajem da se jo\u0161 trebamo unaprijediti, \u201csve do kraja rije\u0161iti\u201d da bi bili sretni.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Razo\u010daranje je u uvjerenju da sada nije kako bi \u201ctrebalo biti\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Umjesto da tra\u017eimo na\u010din za rije\u0161iti svoje \u201cukorijenjene probleme\u201d i \u201cblokade u \u010dakrama\u201d zbog kojih si uop\u0107e dozvoljavamo misliti da nismo dovoljno dobri i da sada nije kako bi trebalo biti, probajmo \u017eivot vidjeti kao stalno promjenjiv proces. Svaki trenutak jest novi, nijedno iskustvo se ne ponavlja. Iako se nama \u010dini da su na\u0161a nezadovoljstva konstanta, ona su prisutna kada su uvjeti za njih prisutni. Zato palimo svjetlo svijesti, &#8222;mindfulness lampicu&#8220; upravo u onim aspektima svog \u017eivota koji nam se \u010dine kruti, nepromjenjivi i koje najra\u0111e ne bismo gledali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Treniramo svoj um da bude prisutan sa sada\u0161njim trenutkom da mo\u017eemo vidjeti pod kojim se uvjetima javljaju ta stanja uma i tijela. Ako mo\u017eemo biti dovoljno svjesni (mindful) da osjetimo, pristanemo i na koncu pustimo iskustvo koje je sada tu, mi smo ga time pro\u017eivjeli ali i pustili da pro\u0111e &#8211; tu naviku uma kultiviramo meditacijom. Vidimo da ta blokada nije osobna stvar koja se \u201cmeni stalno ponavlja\u201d, ve\u0107 samo iskustvo koje se u tom trenutku pod tim uvjetima pojavilo i pro\u0161lo kada su se uvjeti izmijenili. Apstraktnim razmi\u0161ljanjem vidimo ne-osobnost iskustva i uzimamo uto\u010di\u0161te u prolaznosti koja je sigurna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modelom yoga \u010dakri mo\u017eemo se poslu\u017eiti kao sistemom koji nam poma\u017ee da osvjetljavamo dio po dio tijela i komplekse koji su uzroci vrtloga nezadovoljstva. Kultiviramo zdravu mindful svijest sa suosje\u0107ajnim stavom za svaki dio svojeg tijela i u\u010dimo gledati novim o\u010dima, iz druge perspektive ono \u0161to osvijestimo. Malo po malo vidimo prirodu tog nezadovoljstva i lak\u0161e pustimo da biva i pro\u0111e u svojem scenariju dok mi, ovaj put osvije\u0161teni, reagiramo druga\u010dije. Upravo je to \u201c\u010dakra koja se vrti\u201d drugim rije\u010dima energija u tijelu koja prolazi i te\u010de te stav u kojem \u017eivot nije borba ve\u0107 putovanje.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em>*Mudrost Buddhinog nauka ka\u017ee da je bol plemenita istina, ka\u017ee da bol trebamo upoznati, dozvoliti da bude, znati \u017eivjeti s njom, a ne bje\u017eati od nje. Bol (dukkha) je plemenita istina jer nas u\u010di da vidimo pravu prirodu stvarnosti: prolaznost (anicca) i neosobnost iskustva (anata), ka\u017ee Buddha.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>**S ovom se tezom bavi Gabor Mate u svojoj knjizi \u201cKada tijelo ka\u017ee ne\u201d. Gabor navodi da \u017ertvujemo svoju autenti\u010dnost (iskrenost kako se osje\u0107amo) za vezanost (kako nebi izgubili primarni odnos &#8211; skrbnika ili partnera).
