No kada smo sami, prepu\u0161teni svojoj volji i svojem \u201cslobodnom vremenu\u201d trebamo probuditi vlastitu disciplinu. U ovom kratkom tekstu istra\u017eite kako na zdravi na\u010din izgraditi samodisciplinu koja je klju\u010d za vje\u017ebati doma i odr\u017eavati zdrave navike. Yoga pristupa disciplini kao putu bu\u0111enja vjere i ljubavi za promjenom koja se s lako\u0107om gradi jer nije iz krivnje ve\u0107 iz veselja. Nau\u010dimo u 7 koraka kojima razvijamo yogijsku samodisciplinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Ispravna motivacija<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Rije\u010d disciplina asocira nas na strogost, vojni\u010dki red i kontrolu, \u010desto je ve\u017eemo uz o\u010dekivanje postignutih rezultata, a time i osje\u0107aj krivnje. Ako iz tih emocija odlu\u010dimo ne\u0161to promijeniti prona\u0107i \u0107emo da proizlazimo iz ideje da sada ili to \u0161to \u017eelimo promijeniti nije dobro. Zna\u010di da \u017eudimo za disciplinom i kontrolom zbog toga jer nismo dobri ovakvi kakvi jesmo, a to je oblik mr\u017enje ili averzije prema sebi ili tome kako je sada.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U yogi prakticiramo ne-nasilje, zna\u010di da nam namjera za praksu ne proizlazi iz krivnje ili mr\u017enje. Unato\u010d tjelesnim senzacijama<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Postaviti ispravnu namjeru za praksu je jasno, iako zahtjeva malo emotivnog kalibriranja mogli bi re\u0107i ok: \u201cprihva\u0107am kako je sada i iz tog stanja polazim\u201d. Ali svejedno kada je vrijeme za po\u010deti vje\u017ebati, za kona\u010dno se pokrenuti, tijelo je te\u0161ko. Tijelo ima svoju inerciju, te\u017ei zadr\u017eati sada\u0161nje stanje, zato ula\u017eemo trud kako bi to stanje izmijenili. Slijede\u0107i korak je dakle osvijestiti prisutne tjelesne senzacije (na primjer te\u017eine, umora, krutosti..) i krenuti s praksom po\u0161tuju\u0107i ih. To je tako\u0111er pristup yogijskog nenasilnog principa &#8211; kroz prihva\u0107anje i razumijevanje u promjenu.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Na po\u010detku se sjetimo da nas ne trebaju obeshrabriti trenutne tjelesne senzacije jer \u0107e se one, \u010dim se pomaknemo, promijeniti. <\/strong>Duboko udahnemo, izdahnemo i unato\u010d svemu \u0161to brbljaju tijelo i um probudimo svoju zdravu disciplinu koja u ovom slu\u010daju uklju\u010duje i prevladavanje samoga sebe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Otpusti cilj<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>O\u010dekivanje rezultata nas odmah od po\u010detka blokira jer imamo sliku kako na\u0161a vje\u017eba (praksa) treba izgledati da bi bila \u201cdovoljno dobra\u201d. Ako krenemo i tok na\u0161eg vje\u017ebanja ne poklapa se s tom slikom frustrirani smo i nemamo ni malo veselja, a time ni motivacije. Zato ideju koliko trebamo odvje\u017ebati i kako treba biti da bi bilo dobro otpustimo prije nego \u0161to krenemo te zapo\u010dnemo s onime \u0161to je tu. Postavi prioritet<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzeli smo si vrijeme za vje\u017ebati, zna\u010di da je sada to prioritet. Vje\u017ebanje je na prvom mjestu iznad svih najva\u017enijih stvari na svijetu. Um se ponekad voli malo igrati s nama i najednom nam se pi\u0161ki, gladni smo, moramo pogledati neku va\u017enu informaciju, ne\u0161to zapisati\u2026 Ali ne odazivamo se na te tendencije i dr\u017eimo se svoje niti. Ne moramo skakati odmah ako nas netko zove ili ako dijete radi nered, dr\u017eimo se svoje odlu\u010dnosti i trenutnog prioriteta &#8211; vje\u017ebanja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Po\u010dni lagano<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Krenemo s laganim pokretom koji \u0107e malo po malo podmazati tijelo. To mislim doslovno jer je sve pod na\u0161om ko\u017eom povezano s fascijom &#8211; viskoznim tkivom koje se \u201cukruti\u201d kada je tijelo mirno i hladno, a postane mek\u0161e i viskoznije kada se zagrijemo. Tako\u0111er pokretom se potaknu sinovijalne teku\u0107ine koje podmazuju zglobove. Samo strpljivo, jo\u0161 malo, uskoro dolazi prelomni trenutak u kojem \u0107emo nadvladati barijeru te inercije i pokret \u0107e postati ugodniji. Ta granica je nagrada za ulo\u017eeni trud i pobjedu nad svojom lijenosti. Nakon \u0161to se energija \u201cpreokrene\u201d dobivamo zamah, pokret izvodimo s gu\u0161tom i veseljem te mo\u017eemo pro\u0107i praksu do kraja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Pogurni se<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Uz sve ove savjete ipak se ponekad trebamo pogurati da krenemo u vje\u017ebu unato\u010d svojoj lijenosti. One dane kada ne ide milom ide &#8222;silom&#8220; i to je isto potrebno. To je ono zdravo prevladavanje samog sebe, to\u010dnije svoje lijenosti koja nam ne koristi i nije nam dobro da je gajimo te da nam postane navika. Ve\u0107 nakon \u0161to par puta pobijedimo samog sebe &#8211; svoju inerciju bit \u0107e nam lak\u0161e sljede\u0107i put i prevladavanje lijenosti postat \u0107e navika. Praksa je u tome da otpustimo identifikaciju s ugodnim i \u017eeljenim senzacijama u tijelu kroz koje vjerujemo da smo dobro, na pravom putu, da je tako kako \u201ctreba biti\u201d.
