Zato jer su uvjeti ispravni i vitalnost jednostavno te\u010de. Yoga nudi metode koje se bave upravo kreiranjem uvjeta da kroz nas teku zdravlje i vitalnost. Glavni kanal za taj protok je na\u0161a kralje\u017enica, ona nas dr\u017ei uspravno, a periferija se opu\u0161ta. Osje\u0107aj kao da drvo raste preta\u010demo kroz pokrete i asane u svoje tijelo. Radimo razgibavanje, mobilnost, dekompresiju ali i osna\u017eivanje le\u0111a, kao i ostalih podr\u017eavaju\u0107ih struktura.
