Opravile bomo delavnico s ciljno usmerjenimi vajami, ki naslavljajo individualne potrebe in so zasnovane tako, da jih lahko posvojite in izvajate po potrebi.<br>Vadba vklju\u010duje vaje za:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ramena, prsni ko\u0161 in vrat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>hrbtenica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>medenica, mi\u0161ice medeni\u010dnega dna in zaprtje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>utrujenost, la\u017eje spanje in otekanje sklepov<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sprostitev.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Po delavnici sledi voden te\u010daj joge, prilagojen vsem nose\u010dnicam, in se na koncu sprostimo z jogo nidro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namen te delavnice je ponuditi vam metode, ki vam bodo omogo\u010dile, da se spopadate z izzivi in \u200b\u200bse odzivate na potrebe svojega telesa skozi celotno nose\u010dnost, da bi zmanj\u0161ali napetost in bole\u010dine. Vsaka udele\u017eenka prejme PDF z vajami, ki jih bomo predelali na delavnici, da bo imela orodja za vsakodnevno vadbo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vso nose\u010dnost je treba vzdr\u017eevati telesno aktivnost z rednim zavestnim gibanjem. Vaje so prilagojene osebnim potrebam in mo\u017enostim, ki se spreminjajo iz tedna v teden.
