Zimi dominira energija yina: tamna, hladna, polagana, s unutarnjim fokusom. Preporu\u010duje se polagana tjelesna praksa s naglaskom na meditativni aspekt, posve\u0107ivanje pa\u017enje sebi, reduciranje stresnih elemenata.&nbsp;Zima je povezana s elementom vode te meridijanima bubrega i mokra\u0107nog mjehura. Bubre\u017eni meridijan se smatra riznicom \u017eivotne energije, pa je zato zima povoljan period za usporavanje tempa i revitalizaciju \u017eivotne energije. Neke \u017eivotinje u skladu s time zimi hiberniraju.&nbsp;<br>\u200b<br><strong>&#8211; U teorijskom&nbsp;dijelu&nbsp;<\/strong>\u0107emo pri\u010dati o energetskoj anatomiji kroz aspekt tradicionalne kineske medicine &#8211; kako prana ili chi prolaze kroz tijelo, kako je usmjeravati, na \u0161to obratiti pa\u017enju u kojem godi\u0161njem dobu (emotivno, kako vje\u017ebati, kroz prehranu&#8230;) i kako te stvari mo\u017eemo uklopiti u svoju osobnu yoga praksu, neovisno o stilu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; Prakticirat \u0107emo<\/strong>&nbsp;asane koje stimuliraju tijek energije po meridijanima bubrega i mokra\u0107nog mjehura, s naglaskom na anatomsku aktivaciju tkiva. Andrija se prvi put susre\u0107e s isto\u010dnja\u010dkim tradicijama i u\u010denjima 2003. godine kada odlazi na svoje prvo putovanje u Indiju. Osje\u0107aje moramo propustiti i o\u017eivjeti kroz na\u0161e fizi\u010dko tijelo. Yoga nam ponekad poma\u017ee pri tome!<br>Na\u0161e tijelo nije stati\u010dno ni kruto. Ono je interaktivno \u201cpolje\u201d koje je u stanju adaptirati se i reagirati na vanjske i unutarnje podra\u017eaje.&nbsp;Na\u0161e tijelo zrcali do\u017eivljaje koje smo pro\u0161li do sada, na\u0161 trenutni odnos sa svijetom i nama samima (izvana i iznutra). Prakticiranje yoge samo po sebi donosi vi\u0161e energije u sistem tijela. \u010cesto ta dodatna energija \u201cpoja\u010da\u201d ve\u0107 poznate ili iznese na povr\u0161inu nove blokove, pitanja i obrasce za koje do tada nismo ni znali da postoje u nama!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; U ovoj radionici<\/strong>&nbsp;posvetit \u0107emo se fizi\u010dkom tijelu kao jednom od razina na\u0161eg postojanja i potaknuti znati\u017eelju za dubljim shva\u0107anjem obrazaca i blokova koji nam se ponekada zrcale i na fizi\u010dkoj razini.<br><strong>&#8211; U prakti\u010dnom<\/strong><strong>dijelu<\/strong>&nbsp;radionice usmjerit \u0107emo pa\u017enju prema tijelu kao svjedoku na\u0161eg \u017eivota do sada, prou\u0107avat \u0107emo kako se nekih pri\u010da sje\u0107amo a neke nam se \u201czapletu u tijelu\u201d; vje\u017ebat \u0107emo razli\u010dite na\u010dine uzemljavanja (kroz tijelo, dah i centar srca), izuzetno va\u017enog bilo da se radi o stvaranju sigurnog prostora za osobni razvoj ili za terapeutski rad s drugima. Upoznat \u0107emo se s unutarjnim promatra\u010dem, suputnikom koji nas ne osu\u0111uje te probuditi nje\u017enost, meko\u0107u i zahvalanost za tijelo u kojem \u017eivimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ova radionica se iznimno odr\u017eava od 17.00-19.15h zbog razlike u vremenskim zonama.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O Sandri<\/strong><br>Sandra Pribanic je psihoterapeutkinja koja \u017eivi i radi u Torontu, Kanada. Njen pristup je holisti\u010dki, integrira tjelesno orjentiranu psihoterapiju, psihoterapiju baziranu na iskustvima ranog djetinjstva, iscjeljivanje razvojne i kolektivne traume, principe svjesne prisutnosti, energetskog rada, meditacije i kreativne vizualizacije.&nbsp;U privatnoj praksi Sandra nudi individualnu terapiju, rad s parovima i obitelji, te psihoterapeutsku superviziju. Njima \u0107emo se poslu\u017eiti kako bi osjetili tu unutarnju snagu te istra\u017eili i osvijestili kvalitetu uzemljenja kroz bazu polo\u017eaja tj. dio tijela koji je u doticaju s prostirkom. Najve\u0107i naglasak stavit \u0107emo na osna\u017eivanje nogu, gluteusa i &#8220;core-a&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u200bOprema za radionicu:<br><\/strong>Yoga ciglica, bolster (ili deblji, ve\u0107i jastuk) i dekica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O Ivi<\/strong><br>Nakon dugogodi\u0161njeg prakticiranja asana te ostalih yogijskih tehnika, Iva Merti\u0107 je od 2009. g. certificirana u\u010diteljica yoge, a po struci diplomirana knji\u017eevna komparatistica i profesorica fonetike. 2012. g. zavr\u0161ava 500 satnu, naprednu obuku za u\u010ditelje u Om yoga school te postaje RYT 500, kao i Yoga Kids TTC po metodi Rainbow kids yoga. Radionica \u0107e zavr\u0161iti integracijom kroz vo\u0111enu vizualizaciju namijenjenu povezivanju i balansiranju kognitivnog uma, srca, i intuitivnog tijela u cjelinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ova radionica se iznimno odr\u017eava od 17.00-19.15h zbog razlike u vremenskim zonama.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O Sandri<\/strong><br>Sandra Pribanic je psihoterapeutkinja koja \u017eivi i radi u Torontu, Kanada. Otkud ona potje\u010de? Mo\u017eda \u010dak gajite sumnje da je rije\u010d o hinduisti\u010dkoj religioznoj disciplini?<br>\u200b<br>Ovaj \u010dlanak mogao bi vam dati malo druga\u010diji pogled na ova pitanja. Dobar dio stilova yoge kakvu danas poznajemo na zapadu razvio se po\u010detkom 20. stolje\u0107a u Indiji kao neka vrsta terapijskih praksi kojima su se tretirale mnoge tjelesne boljke. Polo\u017eajima tijela (yoga asanama), disanjem (pranayamom), meditacijom, introspekcijom i raznim drugim alatima lije\u010dile su se tjelesne tegobe (\u010dak i vrlo ozbiljne bolesti) te se odr\u017eavalo op\u0107e zdravlje i vitalnost. Zanimljivo, iako se godinama takav \u2018holisti\u010dki\u2019 pristup tijelu smatrao dubioznim danas ga suvremena znanost u mnogome potvr\u0111uje, \u010dak i nagla\u0161ava. Tako danas u zemljama zapadne i sjeverne Europe \u010dak i zdravstvena osiguranja svojim korisnicima omogu\u0107avaju satove yoge i\/ili yoga terapije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dolaskom yoge na zapad, kao \u0161to je ve\u0107 spomenuto, prakse yoge postale su dostupne ve\u0107im i \u0161irim skupinama ljudi. Time su same yogijske prakse \u2018pro\u010di\u0161\u0107ene\u2019 od nekih zaostalih religijskih aspekata te su dodatno informirane suvremenim znanstvenim dosezima i metodama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suvremeni yoga u\u010ditelji ne \u017eive vi\u0161e u spiljama i ne podvrgavaju se raznim radikalnim tjelesnim tretmanima i praksama. Dolaskom na \u2018prosje\u010dni\u2019 sat yoge treba o\u010dekivati da \u0107e vas u\u010ditelj voditi kroz sigurne i stabilne polo\u017eaje tijela te povezivati te polo\u017eaje s dahom. Nadalje, yoga u\u010ditelji bi trebali imati znanja o modifikacijama potrebnim kako praksu yoge prilagoditi specifi\u010dnostima svojih polaznika, bilo da je rije\u010d o uro\u0111enim tjelesnim karakteristikama, bilo da je rije\u010d o naknadno nastalim promjenama na tijelu i psihi (nastalim uslijed starenja, ozljeda i raznih drugih \u017eivotnih okolnosti). Upravo je stoga osmi\u0161ljena serija radionica \u2018Divya terapija\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Divya terapija namijenjena je yoga u\u010diteljima, ali i svima koji prakticiraju yogu kao podsjetnik i pregled raznih mogu\u0107ih pristupa tijelu koji djeluju osna\u017euju\u0107e i podr\u017eavaju\u0107e za tjelesno i mentalno zdravlje.
