Vodi jih skrben, terapevtski pristop in spremljajo meditativne kontemplacije z navodili za vodenje <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/sl\/blog\/zavesten-dnevnik\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/blog\/mindful-dnevnik\/\">dnevnika \u010duje\u010dnosti<\/a>. Te\u010daji so posve\u010deni zdravju telesa in duha ter zaradi pristopa vodenja spadajo v kategorijo \u010duje\u010de joge in joge za du\u0161evno zdravje, njihov moto pa je &#8220;zavestno, jasno, odlo\u010dno in z razumevanjem&#8221;. Vaje so namenjene vsem, tempo pa je odvisen od teme ure.
