Z gibanjem in ohranjanjem krep\u010dilnih joga polo\u017eajev se zavedamo sedanjega trenutka, svojega stanja, notranjega vzdu\u0161ja. Te\u010daj poteka v tonu ne\u017enosti, ljubezni in so\u010dutja z dobrim ravnovesjem med sprostitvijo in intenzivnostjo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vaje so sestavljene iz po\u010dasnih gibov, ki jim posku\u0161amo zavestno slediti od za\u010detka do konca in jih izvajati tako, kot se nam v tistem trenutku zdi naravno in potrebno. Prav tako dlje \u010dasa ostanemo v ve\u010d krep\u010dilnih polo\u017eajih. V\u010dasih ti polo\u017eaji niso izklju\u010dno udobni, zato se zavedamo intenzivnosti in se \u010dim bolj sprostimo. Ozave\u0161\u010damo in poglobimo dih, kar spodbuja spremembe v telesu, hkrati pa zni\u017euje na\u0161o pozornost na dele telesa.
