Pogled navznoter pomeni spoznavanje svojih navad in ponavljajo\u010dih se stanj. Pustolov\u0161\u010dina jadranja in svoboda odprtega morja sta nam dali prostor, da jih pogledamo z drugega zornega kota. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jadranje nas na nenavaden na\u010din pove\u017ee z naravo in spodbuja druga\u010de kot druga okolja. V izjemni izku\u0161nji \u010dolna, vetra in morja smo skoraj vsak pristan obogatili z jogo, lebdenje v tihih zalivih pa z meditacijo. Ve\u010derno zibanje \u010dolna je spremljala joga nidra za globok in krep\u010dilen spanec. Po dveh dneh na morju smo spustili skrbi vsakdanjega \u017eivljenja, pozabili na kopenske potrebe ter se prepustili izku\u0161enemu krmarju Janku in morskim tokovom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Urnik smo iz dneva v dan prilagajali vremenu in razpolo\u017eenju skupine. Vsak dan smo \u017eeleli vklju\u010diti dinami\u010dno jogo, jogijsko dihanje, meditacijo in sprehod ter dva okusna kuhana obroka.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow otoka.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z veseljem smo sprejele povabilo, da sedem dni pre\u017eivimo na Bi\u0161evu v okviru\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bisevoislandartistresidency.org\/en\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/bisevoislandartistresidency.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bi\u0161evo Island Artist Residency<\/a>.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Najti mir na majhnem jadranskem otoku konec avgusta je zvenelo kot ena redkih oaz \u00bbSredozemlja, kakr\u0161no je neko\u010d bilo\u00ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bi\u0161evo nam je ponudilo \u0161e ve\u010d: neokrnjeno naravo, \u010dudovite razglede, vonje avtohtonih rastlin, neprekinjen \u0161um morja, okuse oto\u0161ke hrane, gostoljubne doma\u010dine in nova prijateljstva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bi\u0161evo je idealen kraj za globoko, plemenito ti\u0161ino in premi\u0161ljevanje ob pogledih na divjino ter suhozidne terase, ki so jih oblikovale marljive \u010dlove\u0161ke roke in zasadile z vinsko trto ter oljkami. Tak\u0161no okolje samo po sebi vabi k pristni jogi kot povezovanju telesa in duha oziroma diha, na\u0161e prave narave.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Izku\u0161njo smo nadgradile s praksami osebne ekologije, u\u017eivanjem lokalne hrane in pomo\u010djo pri gradnji suhozidov. Vse to nas je spodbudilo k razmisleku, kako globoko in nelo\u010dljivo smo povezane z naravo in njenimi spremembami ter koliko nam pomeni skupnost drugih bitij, katere del smo.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve\u010deri v krogu prijateljev, polni deljenja globokih \u010dlove\u0161kih izku\u0161enj in zgodb, so na\u0161emu bivanju dodali posebno plast, za katero smo bile globoko hvale\u017ene.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gostitelju Stjepanu Tafri se zahvaljujemo za odprta vrata in pomo\u010d pri organizaciji. Tako kot drugi programi v <a href=\"https:\/\/bisevoislandartistresidency.org\/en\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/bisevoislandartistresidency.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rezidenci BIAR<\/a> smo k projektu prispevale s prostovoljnim delom na vrtu in suhozidnih terasah ter s kuhanjem.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\"
