Pogled prema unutra je upoznavanje sa svojim navikama i repetitivnim stanjima kojima u avanturi jedrenja i slobodi morskog prostranstva mo\u017eemo dati puno prostora te ih sagledati iz druge perspektive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plovidba je dodir s prirodom na neobi\u010dan na\u010din koji nas stimulira druga\u010dije od ostalih okolina. U tom iznimnom iskustvu broda, vjetra i mora yogijskom smo praksom nadopunili skoro svako pristajanje, a meditacijama plutanje u tihim uvalama. Yoga Nidrama smo obogatili ljulju\u0161kanje broda u ve\u010dernjim satima za dubok i kvalitetan san. Nakon dva dana na moru pustili smo sve birge &#8220;svakodnevnog \u017eivota&#8221;, zaboravili na kopnene potrebe i predali se u ruke iskusnom skiperu Janku i morskim strujama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raspored je bio prilagodljiv iz dana u dan prema vremenu i raspolo\u017eenju grupe, nastojali smo svaki dan odraditi dinami\u010dnu praksu, yogijsko disanje, meditaciju, class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Od 27.8. &#8211; 3.9.2021. povezali smo se s prirodnim ljepotama otoka na jedinstven na\u010din<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>S odu\u0161evljenjem smo reagirale na poziv da provedemo 7 dana na Bi\u0161evu u sklopu&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bisevoislandartistresidency.org\/en\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/bisevoislandartistresidency.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bi\u0161evo Island Artist Residency<\/a>.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Na\u0107i mir na malom otoku usred Jadrana krajem Kolovoza zvu\u010dalo je kao jedna od zaista rijetkih oaza &#8220;Mediterana kakav je nekad bio&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bi\u0161evo nam je ponudilo i vi\u0161e od toga: netaknutu prirodu, prekrasne vidike, mirise autohtonog bilja, neprekinuti \u0161um mora, okuse oto\u010dne hrane, gostoljubivost doma\u0107ina i nova prijateljstva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bi\u0161evo je idealno mjesto za praksu duboke (plemenite) ti\u0161ine te kontemplaciju na vizure divljine ali i na marljivim ljudskim radom oblikovanih suhozidnih terasa zasa\u0111enih vinogradima i maslinicima. Takvo okru\u017eenje samo po sebi poziva na istinsku praksu yoge u smislu povezivanja tijela i duha\/daha kao na\u0161e jedine prave prirode.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Nadogradile smo ju s praksama osobne ekologije konzumiraju\u0107i lokalne namirnice te sudjeluju\u0107i u gradnji suhozida. Sve nas je ovo potaknulo da promislimo koliko smo duboko i neraskidivo povezani s prirodom i njenim promjenama te koliko nam zna\u010di zajednica drugih bi\u0107a \u010diji smo sastavni dio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Smiraj ve\u010deri proveden u krugu prijatelja ispunjen dijeljenjem dubokih ljudskih iskustava i pri\u010da bio je dodatni za\u010din na\u0161eg boravka te smo im na tome duboko zahvalne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zahvalne smo doma\u0107inu Stjepanu Tafri na otvorenim vratima i pomo\u0107i u organizaciji. Kao i ostali programi u <a href=\"https:\/\/bisevoislandartistresidency.org\/en\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/bisevoislandartistresidency.org\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BIAR rezidenciji<\/a> svoj smo doprinos projektu ostvarile volontiranjem, radom u vrtu, na suhozinim terasama i kuhanjem.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\"
