Pogled na odprto morje in neskon\u010dno obzorje nam daje ob\u010dutek prostora in \u0161irine. \u017divahen veter prina\u0161a vonj \u010distega bora, aromati\u010dnih zeli\u0161\u010d in neodkritih mo\u017enosti. Joga na pla\u017ei Porat za vse obiskovalce Bi\u0161eva<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Miren hlad borovega gaja ob pe\u0161\u010deni pla\u017ei v povezavi z jogo ustvari posebno izku\u0161njo. Ure vklju\u010dujejo tehnike dihanja, vaje za gibljivost, ki prebujajo hrbtenico, elemente pozdravov soncu, osnovne joga polo\u017eaje, sprostitev in meditacijo. Ponujamo vegetarijanski jedilnik, po potrebi pa tudi brezglutenske ali veganske mo\u017enosti. Skrbimo, da je hrana okusna, vabljiva in hranljiva, da nam daje \u017eivahno energijo in podpira naravno \u010di\u0161\u010denje telesa. Vklju\u010duje bivalne, lokalne in spletne programe, ki spodbujajo zdravo \u017eivljenje, pa tudi umike, svetovanja, predavanja, seminarje in druga strokovna sre\u010danja, namenjena ozave\u0161\u010danju o zdravju in zdravem \u017eivljenjskem slogu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Kako pridete na Bi\u0161evo?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pot do Bi\u0161eva ima ve\u010d etap, saj ni neposredne kopenske povezave. Tukaj je kratek vodnik:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trajekt ali katamaran iz Splita na Vis<\/strong>:<br>Najprej potujete iz Splita na otok Vis. Jadrolinija vzdr\u017euje redne avtomobilske trajekte in hitre katamarane med Splitom in Visom. Vo\u017enja s trajektom traja pribli\u017eno 2 do 2,5 ure, s katamaranom pa pribli\u017eno uro in pol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Iz mesta Vis do Komi\u017ee:<\/strong><br>Iz mesta Vis do Komi\u017ee lahko pridete na ve\u010d na\u010dinov, saj <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/sl\/blog\/joga-v-komizi\/\" data-type=\"programi\" data-id=\"3984\">Komi\u017ea<\/a> le\u017ei pribli\u017eno 10 kilometrov zahodno od mesta Vis, glavnega oto\u0161kega pristani\u0161\u010da. <br>Na voljo je ve\u010d mo\u017enosti:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Z avtobusom<\/strong>: Redna avtobusna linija povezuje Vis in Komi\u017eo. Avtobusi vozijo ve\u010dkrat na dan, zlasti poleti, vo\u017enja pa traja pribli\u017eno 15 do 20 minut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Z avtomobilom<\/strong>: \u010ce ste najeli avtomobil, je vo\u017enja po cesti D117 med Visom in Komi\u017eo preprosta in traja pribli\u017eno 15 minut. Cesta je dobro vzdr\u017eevana in ponuja \u010dudovite razglede na otok.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S taksijem<\/strong>: Taksi je \u0161e ena hitra in udobna mo\u017enost. Vozila so na voljo v pristani\u0161\u010du Vis, vendar ceno preverite vnaprej, saj se lahko razlikuje, zlasti med turisti\u010dno sezono.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S kolesom ali skuterjem<\/strong>: Med Visom in Komi\u017eo lahko potujete tudi s kolesom ali skuterjem.
