Vaje joge so sestavljene iz dihalnih vaj, vaj za gibljivost za prebujanje hrbtenice, elementov pozdrava soncu in osnovnih joga asan s sprostitvijo in meditacijo na koncu. Vklju\u010duje reziden\u010dne, lokalne in spletne programe, ki spodbujajo zdrav na\u010din \u017eivljenja, ter organizacijo joga umikov, svetovanj, predavanj, seminarjev in drugih strokovnih sre\u010danj s ciljem promocije pomena zdravja in zdravega na\u010dina \u017eivljenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Kako priti do Bi\u0161eva?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Potovalni na\u010drt na Bi\u0161evo vklju\u010duje ve\u010d etap, saj ni neposredne kopenske povezave. Tukaj je kratek opis in koraki:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trajekt ali katamaran iz Splita do Visa<\/strong>:<br>Najprej morate iz Splita priti na otok Vis. Jadrolinija ima redne trajektne linije in hitre katamaranske linije, ki povezujejo Split in Vis. Vo\u017enja s trajektom traja pribli\u017eno 2\u20132,5 ure, medtem ko je vo\u017enja s katamaranom hitrej\u0161a (pribli\u017eno 1,5 ure).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Od Visa do Komi\u017ee:<\/strong><br>Iz Visa lahko do Komi\u017ee pridete na ve\u010d na\u010dinov, saj se <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/sl\/programi\/yoga-komiza-vis\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/sl\/programi\/yoga-komiza-vis\/\">Komi\u017ea<\/a> nahaja pribli\u017eno 10 kilometrov zahodno od mesta Vis, glavnega pristani\u0161\u010da otoka.Evo nekoliko opcija:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Z avtobusom<\/strong>: Med mestoma Vis in Komi\u017ea obstaja redna avtobusna linija. Avtobusi vozijo ve\u010dkrat na dan, zlasti v sezoni, vo\u017enja pa traja pribli\u017eno 15\u201320 minut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Z avtomobilom<\/strong>: \u010ce ste najeli avto, je potovanje po cesti D117, ki povezuje Vis in Komi\u017eo, zelo enostavno. Vo\u017enja traja pribli\u017eno 15 minut. Cesta je dobro vzdr\u017eevana in ponuja \u010dudovit razgled na otok.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S taksijem<\/strong>: Lahko se odlo\u010dite tudi za taksi, kar je hitra in udobna mo\u017enost. Taksiji so na voljo v pristani\u0161\u010du Vis, vendar je vedno dobro preveriti ceno vnaprej, saj se lahko razlikuje, zlasti med turisti\u010dno sezono.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S kolesom ali skuterjem<\/strong>: Med Visom in Komi\u017eo se lahko peljete tudi s kolesom ali skuterjem. Otok Vis ima \u0161tevilne kolesarske poti, cesta med Visom in Komi\u017eo pa je relativno enostavna za vo\u017enjo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ladja ali taksi \u010doln od Komi\u017ee do Bi\u0161eva:<br><\/strong>Ko prispete na Vis, vas bodo iz Komi\u017ee (na zahodni obali otoka Vis) do Bi\u0161eva pripeljali lokalni \u010dolni. Vo\u017enja od Komi\u017ee do Bi\u0161eva traja pribli\u017eno 20\u201330 minut. Lahko uporabite redno ladjo, ki je ve\u010dinoma na voljo v turisti\u010dni sezoni, ali pa najamete taksi-\u010doln.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomembno je, da vnaprej preverite vozni red trajektov in lokalnih ladij, \u0161e posebej izven poletne sezone, ko so linije manj pogoste.
