Sklenili smo s prakso za vagus in jogijskimi metodami prebujanja srca. Nato smo izvedli kratko meditacijo ljubezni, dovolj dolgo, da razumete njeno na\u010delo. Sledila je lahkotna in zelo preprosta ura ne\u017enega gibanja ter ritmi\u010dnega razgibavanja za veliko sr\u010dnost. Delavnico smo zaokro\u017eili z vajami za tonus vagusnega \u017eivca, opisanimi na zadnjem diapozitivu. PREPU\u0160\u010cANJE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za\u010deli smo s postavljanjem namer in umerjanjem v na\u010dela gibanja iz sr\u010dne ne\u017enosti ter odprtosti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vzeli smo si \u010das, da pozornost spustimo k srcu, predihamo skozi srce in za\u010dnemo z ne\u017enimi mandalami okoli srca. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ura se nadaljuje s po\u010dasnimi prijetnimi gibi in \u201czibanjem\u201d valov skozi telo, ki se prelijejo v pozdrave soncu ter nekaj asan. Pomembneje je, da se gibljete po\u010dasi in prijetno, kot da razmi\u0161ljate, ali je gib tehni\u010dno povsem pravilen. Bolj je, kot da ple\u0161ete in se prepu\u0161\u010date. PLES SRCA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dana\u0161nja ura se za\u010dne s poudarkom na \u0161irokih gibih rok, kro\u017eenju okoli telesa z joga trakom. S temi gibi smo raz\u0161irili prostor prsnega ko\u0161a, razgibali hrbtenico in ramena ter spodbudili svobodno gibanje diha v prsih. Gibljemo se ne\u017eno in po\u010dasi. \u0160ele ko za\u010dutite, da se je telo nekoliko razgibalo, se lahko mo\u010dneje pretegnete. NE\u017dNA MASA\u017dA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uro smo za\u010deli z namero, da bo ta \u010das na\u0161a meditacija skozi telo. Ulegli smo se, sprostili telo in izvedli pregled telesa. Na\u0161a pozornost v tej meditaciji prina\u0161a svetlobo v telo, svetloba pa se pove\u017ee z budnostjo. Koherentno ravnote\u017eje se vzpostavi, ko je ritem simetri\u010den, v na\u0161em primeru ko sta vdih in izdih enako dolga. S to vajo smo za\u010deli uro in poskusili dol\u017eino diha povezati z gibi, najprej preprostimi, nato pa bolj zapletenimi ritmi\u010dnimi gibanji. Dih najprej napolni trebuh, nato odpre prostor prepone in na koncu raz\u0161iri plju\u010da. V te predele telesa prina\u0161a mir in prostornost ter deluje protistresno. Ko imamo v telesu prostor in mir, smo manj odzivni ter se la\u017eje soo\u010damo z odpori, ki jih \u010dutimo. Med uro smo se prijetno razgibali ter izvedli veliko polo\u017eajev in gibov za odpiranje prsnega ko\u0161a ter vaj za ramenski obro\u010d. Najprej smo izbrali nekaj, kar nas \u201cmu\u010di\u201d oziroma kjer nam nekaj ni jasno, in oblikovali pozitivno afirmacijo, na primer:<strong> \u201cNaj najdem druga\u010dno perspektivo za re\u0161itev te te\u017eave.\u201d<\/strong>Nato smo ozavestili, da v tem, kar \u010dutimo, nismo sami. Veliko ljudi ima enak izziv in ko te\u017eavo re\u0161ujemo v sebi, pravzaprav delujemo ter pomagamo tudi drugim. Postavili smo namero, naj moja pot re\u0161evanja te te\u017eave pomaga tudi drugim. Na koncu smo celotno prakso posvetili re\u0161evanju te\u017eave v dobro nas in vseh drugih (<em>I dedicate this practice to resolve this problem within myself and other people<\/em>). Srce smo utrdili s tremi besedami: hvale\u017enost, poni\u017enost\u00a0ter zaupljivo prepu\u0161\u010danje in iskrenost.\u00a0Odmevajmo s temi lastnostmi\u00a0in rastimo v resni\u010dnih vrednotah srca.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. meditacija \u2013 So\u010dutje<\/strong><br>\u0160irina in odprtost sta prostor, iz katerega se rodi so\u010dutje (<em>shunyata karuna garbham<\/em>). Dana\u0161nja tema meditacije oziroma natan\u010dneje kontemplacije je resni\u010dno, iskreno, brezpogojno in sr\u010dno so\u010dutje. Vem, da veste, kaj je, vendar sem si vzela \u010das, da ga \u0161e enkrat razlo\u017eimo in razi\u0161\u010demo. Kako zavzeti resni\u010dno so\u010duten odnos, se iskreno odpreti trpljenju in nezadovoljstvu ter brez zadr\u017ekov biti eno s temi naravnimi stanji v na\u0161em \u017eivljenju. Po uvodu\u00a0smo na kratko razmi\u0161ljali in na\u010dela uporabili na lastnem primeru, pri dejavni te\u017eavi, ki ni prete\u017eka.
