Igrivost je na\u0161a narava in jo moramo negovati; bodimo veseli in igrivi kot otrok, ne glede na leta. Joga je popolno igri\u0161\u010de za nas, nekateri bi rekli kar cirku\u0161ko. Ko telo postavimo v neobi\u010dajen polo\u017eaj, se \u017eiv\u010dni sistem pomlajuje, saj ustvarja nove povezave in nevrone pove\u017ee druga\u010de. To prebuja mladost in neobremenjenost. Prebudili smo ritem in povezali plesne gibe, v katerih se prepu\u0161\u010damo u\u017eitku plesa. Izvajamo nekoliko neobi\u010dajne segmente, stojimo na glavi, lovimo ravnote\u017eje na rokah. Prebudimo iskreno \u017eivljenjsko veselje in ples svoje du\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>\u010cuje\u010dnost<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mudita\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mudita\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mudita<\/a><\/em>, praksa \u201csympathetic joy\u201d, je na\u0161a tema tega meseca. Veselimo se in gojimo dobro voljo do svojega ter tujega uspeha in sre\u010de. Mudita je \u010disto veselje brez osebnega interesa. Najbli\u017eje mu je stanje uma star\u0161a, ki opazuje dose\u017eke in uspehe svojega otroka. Telo izrazi \u010dustva in stanja, mi pa med celotnim procesom ohranjamo budno zavedanje. Dovolimo si za\u010dutiti iskrenost in odprtost svojih \u010dustev. Ples nam pomaga izpu\u0161\u010dati skozi telo, saj lahko le telo resni\u010dno izpusti in se obnovi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prav to je osnova somatske meditacije: za\u010dutiti in izpustiti skozi telo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ko izvajamo nove in nepravilne gibe, pomagamo ustvarjati nove \u017eiv\u010dne povezave, kar nam daje mladost in zmo\u017enost gledati stvari sve\u017ee. Na\u0161a namera je: \u201cNaj telesu dovolim izraziti in prepustiti gib ter naj se nau\u010di izpu\u0161\u010dati ob\u010dutke.\u201d<br>Po uvodu smo izvedli veselo vadbo gibanja in ritma, ki smo ju dodali znanim jogijskim gibom in asanam. Najprej smo se igrali z ravnote\u017ejem na rokah in nekaj neobi\u010dajnimi smermi gibanja. VAL V TELESU<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V plesu zlahka za\u010dutimo povezanost telesa in to, kako se njegovi deli premikajo v odvisnosti drug od drugega. Znova zaznavamo, da je telo pod ko\u017eo povezano s fascijo in je vse del celote. Ko se nau\u010dimo tako gledati na svoje telo, la\u017eje vidimo, da enako delujemo tudi kot skupnost. \u010ceprav morda ni o\u010ditno, vsi sodelujemo v \u201ckolektivnem zavedanju\u201d, h kateremu prispevamo z mislimi, stanji in ob\u010dutki. Izraz sem zapisala v narekovajih, saj ga lahko poimenujete kakor \u017eelite, vendar je vpliv ve\u010dine na posameznika dobro znan. Ko ple\u0161emo in \u010dutimo, da je telo preto\u010dno ter povezano in so njegovi deli odvisni drug od drugega, naj se ta zaznava ne ustavi na meji ko\u017ee. Vse okoli nas je prav tako pre\u017eeto in povezano z nami.\u00a0Ko v telesu ustvarjamo dobro po\u010dutje in zdrava stanja, pomagamo tudi vsem, ki te mo\u017enosti trenutno nimajo. SVILA SKOZI PRSTE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pri u\u010denju jogijskega dihanja uporabljamo prispodobo, da dihamo, kot bi skozi prste vlekli svilo. Dih drsi lahkotno in brez napora kot svila. Danes smo se spomnili tak\u0161nega dihanja in s to pozornostjo za\u010deli prakso. Nadaljevali smo s kro\u017enimi gibi za razgibavanje ramen, vratu in zgornjega dela hrbta. Skozi vadbo smo jih ponavljali in nadgrajevali, dokler jih nismo povsem razplesali. <br>Vadba poudarja \u0161irjenje prsnega ko\u0161a, teko\u010dnost plesnih gibov in celovitost vseh vidikov telesa. Iz osnove bojevnika 2 smo se skozi sredino premikali na drugo stran. LAHKOTEN GIB<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lahkotnost gibanja in diha nam daje prijeten ob\u010dutek v telesu, ki nas spusti v sedanji trenutek. Zato smo za\u010deli s po\u010dasnimi, valovitimi gibi in se z njimi zazibali v prijetnost. Nato smo legli na trebuh, izvedli sfingo in izpustili\u00a0napetosti v tla ter naredili \u201cma\u010dko, ki lovi svoj rep\u201d z meditacijo body scan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Spomnili smo se, da je koristno prepoznati razliko med te\u017eavo, ki jo lahko re\u0161imo, in tisto, ki je trenutno ne moremo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u010ce lahko kaj re\u0161imo, premislimo o najbolj\u0161em na\u010dinu in nato delujemo. Trudimo se odzivati iz ljubezni, ne odpora. \u010ce te\u017eave ne moremo re\u0161iti, zavzamemo odnos sprejemanja, prepu\u0161\u010danja in so\u010dutja. Boj z bole\u010dino in nezadovoljstvo zaradi situacije nista konstruktivna in ne vodita nikamor, saj razvijamo stanje uma \u017ertve. LA\u010cNE ZADNJI\u010cNE MI\u0160ICE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mmm, kako prijeten je ob\u010dutek, ko se zadnji\u010dne mi\u0161ice prebudijo, tista blaga mi\u0161i\u010dna utrujenost v zadnjici.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To je na\u0161 sede\u017e in ko je razgiban, se preostalo telo takoj bolje postavi. Odli\u010dno je tudi premakniti zadnjico med dolgotrajnim sedenjem ali po njem. Da bi se zadnji\u010dne mi\u0161ice \u201cvklopile\u201d, morajo biti vaje nekoliko mo\u010dnej\u0161e, vendar naj vas to ne prestra\u0161i. Ko se mi\u0161ice tresejo, pomeni, da delajo. Izvajali smo ritmi\u010dne gibe iz medenice in zadnji\u010dnih mi\u0161ic, najprej Cat-cow, po pozdravih soncu pa plesno \u201csekvenco za gluteuse\u201d. SKOZI SREDI\u0160\u010cE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sredi\u0161\u010de telesa ustvarja toploto ter s tem teko\u010dnost in lahkotnost gibanja. Danes smo plesnemu ritmu dodali nekaj zasukov in aktivacijo trebuha. Za\u010deli smo z dihanjem in prebujanjem sredi\u0161\u010da z intenzivnim Ujjayi dihom. Ozavestili smo izdih, ki stisne trebuh, in ga nadaljevali skozi pozdrave soncu.
