Spoznavamo ta del telesa in mu za\u010denjamo namenjati pozornost, da postaja vse bolj\u0161i prijatelj in sodelavec. ROKE NA TREBUHU<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dlani smo povezali s trebuhom, da bi pove\u010dali ob\u010dutljivost tega dela telesa. KAJ LAHKO PREOBRAZIM?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danes smo za\u010deli z znanimi pulziranji, ki smo jih izvajali tudi v petek, ter z uporabo dlani za dodaten pritisk. Prvi del vadbe je nekoliko zahtevnej\u0161i, saj smo izvajali pozdrave soncu in pulziranja v bojevniku I, drugi del pa bolj spro\u0161\u010dujo\u010d, z zasuki in shavasano.
