Ko smo vznemirjeni, se dih skraj\u0161a in postane nekoherenten oziroma neenakomernega ritma, ko smo mirni, pa je lahko dolg in enakomeren. Ob\u010dutek \u010dustvene stiske je kot zo\u017een sr\u010dni prostor; ko osvobodimo dihanje, se srce giblje v \u0161ir\u0161em in prijetnej\u0161em prostoru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ukvarjamo se z ustvarjanjem ve\u010dje prostranosti diha, metafori\u010dno in dobesedno. Srce je kot mali mo\u017egani, ki pravzaprav usmerjajo mo\u017egane in telo. Ima \u0161tevilne nevrone in nevrotransmiterje ter naj\u0161ir\u0161e elektromagnetno polje v na\u0161em telesu, ki ga je mogo\u010de izmeriti in ob\u010dutiti okoli telesa. Tega polja ne vidimo\u00a0in ne sli\u0161imo, vendar ves \u010das komunicira. Je ozadje na\u0161ih dru\u017ebenih odnosov in interakcij, privla\u010dnosti in odbojnosti. UTRIPANJE NOTRANJEGA OGNJEN\u010cKA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prvo jutro smo se potopili v svoje jedro, v ogenj srca in utripanje notranje vere. Za\u010deli smo z dihom, ki potuje skozi prsni ko\u0161, kot bi bil prosojen, kot da imamo v srcu lahkoten prostor. Po osredoto\u010danju na \u201cheart space\u201d smo nadaljevali z gibi in razli\u010dico pozdrava soncu, ki jo bomo izvajali ta mesec. PLES SRCA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u0161e srce se odpre na vpra\u0161anje. Ukazi, kritike in vse, kar \u201cmoramo\u201d, ga le zapirajo. Zdaj je \u010das, da vzpostavimo odnos s seboj, v katerem z vpra\u0161anjem in ne\u017enostjo dovolimo, da se odpremo, nato pa enako ravnamo tudi z ljudmi okoli sebe. Nih\u010de ne mara ukazovanja. \u010ce \u017eelimo nekaj dose\u010di, lahko ravnamo inteligentno in vpra\u0161amo: ali lahko? KOHERENTNI RITEM<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uravnote\u017een ritem diha uravnove\u0161a skoraj vse v telesu: sr\u010dni ritem, \u017eiv\u010dni sistem, prebavo. Koristno je znati dihati tako, da v telesu vzpostavimo koherenco. Koherenca je red, urejena, simetri\u010dna in ritmi\u010dna geometrija. Ta ritmi\u010dnost gibanja in diha nas je danes spremljala skozi celotno vadbo. Prijetno in lahkotno smo se razgibali, zlasti hrbtenico in ramena, s polo\u017eajem \u201ckaktusovih rok\u201d, ki spu\u0161\u010da ramena in pribli\u017euje lopatici ter tako krepi zgornji del hrbta.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:2%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:32%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/14_7_pranicna_geometrija.jpg\" aria-label=\"Open image: 14 7 Pranicna Geometrija 1024x576\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/14_7_pranicna_geometrija-1024x576.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2986\"><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. PRANI\u010cNA GEOMETRIJA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nadaljujemo z iskanjem prijetne koherence, uravnote\u017eenega ritma, ki\u00a0<em>prano<\/em>\u00a0v na\u0161em telesu razporedi v urejen vzorec.\u00a0Za\u010deli smo z dihanjem, pri katerem sta vdih in izdih enako dolga, ter ga povezali z lahkotnimi gibi. Gibi so postajali vse bolj razdelani in obse\u017eni, dih in njegov ritem pa sta ostala vodilna nit vsakega zamaha. IZPUSTITI IZ SRCA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sve\u017eina prisotnosti je vedno tukaj. Vsak trenutek je nov in lahko smo svobodni preteklosti.<br>Zakaj v srcu nosimo te\u017eo, zamere in nejasnosti iz preteklosti, ki si jih ne znamo razlo\u017eiti? Ker si v mislih nenehno ponavljamo, da so resni\u010dne. Zato se moramo ustaviti in se \u201cobrniti\u201d k svoji preteklosti, odpustiti sebi ali drugim, saj lahko le tako svobodno nadaljujemo. PRAVA VREDNOTA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V dana\u0161nji vadbi smo nizali kro\u017ene gibe iz osnove\u00a0<em>Down Doga<\/em>\u00a0, kar pomeni, da smo iz tega polo\u017eaja za\u010deli in se vanj vra\u010dali, vmes pa razgibali noge in se iztegnili do\u00a0<em>Tadasane<\/em>. Vadba je precej gibljiva in teko\u010da, brez dalj\u0161ih zadr\u017eevanj. Odpira kolke, vklju\u010duje ve\u010d inverzij ter nekaj asan, ki krepijo hrbet in odpirajo prsni ko\u0161. Znova smo se vpra\u0161ali, katera je najve\u010dja vrednota, v kateri lahko najdemo zato\u010di\u0161\u010de in ji zaupamo, da nas navdihuje in nosi skozi vsakdanje \u017eivljenje.<br>Sr\u010dna vera v to na\u0161o zmo\u017enost in praksa, da tako tudi ravnam, sta moja najve\u010dja motivacija.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:2%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:32%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/25_7_svjezi_vjetric.jpg\" aria-label=\"Open image: 25 7 Svjezi Vjetric 1024x576\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/25_7_svjezi_vjetric-1024x576.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2994\"><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. SVE\u017d VETRI\u010c<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vsak trenutek je nov in ga do zdaj \u0161e nikoli ni bilo. Z vsakim vdihom vnesemo vase to sve\u017eino ter izpustimo nepotrebno, staro in te\u017eko. Tako nadaljujemo tudi z gibi in polo\u017eaji, da srce ne zadr\u017euje nepotrebnih mnenj in stali\u0161\u010d, ki nas zapirajo v preteklost in komplekse. Z dihanjem in razgibavanjem \u0161irimo plju\u010da in izpu\u0161\u010damo. Skozi plju\u010da izpu\u0161\u010da celotno telo. POKONCI<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dana\u0161njo vadbo smo posvetili krepitvi hrbtnih mi\u0161ic. Z ve\u010d ogrevalnimi polo\u017eaji, pri katerih smo \u017ee za\u010deli poudarjati mo\u010d hrbta, smo se razgibali s to la\u017ejo razli\u010dico\u00a0pozdrava soncu in zgradili ve\u010d asan. V asanah smo roke dr\u017eali v polo\u017eajih za krepitev zgornjih hrbtnih mi\u0161ic, pozneje pa smo na tleh dodali \u0161e nekaj polo\u017eajev za krepitev spodnjega dela hrbta. PRANI\u010cNA POZORNOST<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prijeten dih skozi srce, \u201call purpose breathing \u2013\u00a0meaningful breath\u201d.\u00a0Z dihom prina\u0161amo vrednost \u017eivljenja; kamor usmerimo pozornost, tja pride\u00a0<em>prani\u010dna<\/em>\u00a0vrednost. Zato je pranayama tako mo\u010dna praksa: svojo primarno energijo, dihanje, pove\u017eemo s polno pozornostjo in tako pridobimo zdravo osredoto\u010denost ter veliko\u00a0<em>prane<\/em>\u00a0v telesu. ODPRTO<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danes smo za\u010deli stoje in se ne\u017eno razgibali, da sprostimo ramena ter popustimo napeto plast pod ko\u017eo. Nato smo se razgibali z nekaj gibi spinal breath in bili pripravljeni na pozdrave soncu.
