Tako imenovana pokon\u010dna dr\u017ea ni ni\u010d drugega kot podalj\u0161ane sprednje prsne mi\u0161ice in mo\u010d zgornjih hrbtnih mi\u0161ic, ki lopatici spu\u0161\u010dajo navzdol. Ko se te mi\u0161i\u010dne skupine aktivirajo na ta na\u010din, naravno stojimo pokonci in \u010dustveno odprti, da \u017eivimo svojo resnico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vsak od nas ima nekaj, kar ga veseli in ob \u010demer se mu \u201codpre srce\u201d. Ko \u017eivimo v skladu s tem, smo sre\u010dnej\u0161i, manj bolni, imamo ob\u010dutek smisla in radi imamo ljudi okoli sebe. Ta mesec sledimo svojemu sr\u010dnemu kompasu. V drugem delu govorim o srcu kot mo\u010dnem energijskem sredi\u0161\u010du, jedru na\u0161e volje in smeri vere, ter o pomenu koherentnega dihanja, ki uravnove\u0161a sr\u010dni ritem. Izvedli smo prakso s pozdravi soncu, ki jih bomo ta mesec izvajali predvsem, in gibi iz srca. PRISTNA SR\u010cNOST<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za\u010deli smo z\u00a0<em>heart space breathing<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 osredoto\u010danjem diha\u00a0iz srca in ustvarjanjem sr\u010dnega prostora, ki smo ga med vadbo \u0161irili tudi z gibi. Vadba je lahkotna in prijetna, gibi pa valoviti in \u0161iroki. Srce je na\u0161a lokomotiva, ki vse postaje telesa vodi v eno smer. Srca prav tako ne bolijo bole\u010di dogodki sami, temve\u010d nezmo\u017enost, da se jim odpremo. ODLO\u010cITEV SRCA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kje smo v svojem \u017eivljenju, kaj v njem vidimo kot vrednoto in ali to \u017eivimo? Najve\u010dja vrednota je sprejeti stvari tak\u0161ne, kot so, in se nato usmerjati iz tega sprejemanja. Spo\u010dijmo se v tem,\u00a0kar je, nato pa iz tega globokega sprejemanja nadaljujmo: sr\u010dni prostor, sr\u010dno sprejemanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ni\u010d ni narobe z \u017eeljo, da bi se po\u010dutili dobro ali bolje in kaj izbolj\u0161ali. RITMI\u010cNA PRIJETNOST<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zjutraj smo najprej nekaj \u010dasa sedeli, se za\u010dutili in za\u010deli z bo\u017eanjem obraza, ne\u017eno masa\u017eo izraza na\u0161ega srca. Nato smo nadaljevali z znanimi ritmi\u010dnimi gibi in sledili prijetnosti. Prijetnost nas popelje v telo. Izvedli smo niz polo\u017eajev, ki lepo \u0161irijo prsni ko\u0161 in vodijo dih globoko v \u201ckoti\u010dke prsi\u201d. MEHKO OKOLI TOGEGA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zjutraj je na\u0161e srce ustvarilo prostor, v katerem sme za\u010dutiti togost, vendar se z njo ne bori in je ne posku\u0161a razbiti. Smo topel in mehak zavedajo\u010d se prostor okoli tega, kar nam je te\u017eko, ter vpra\u0161amo, kdaj je pripravljeno, da se samo sprosti in spremeni. Izvajali smo polo\u017eaj rok Gomukha, ki intenzivno odpira ramena, hkrati pa nas pripelje v stik z napetostmi, ki jih tam zadr\u017eujemo. Zato smo uporabili na\u010delo ustvarjanja mehkega okoli togega. ZAUPANJE SRCA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u0161e srce se \u017eeli odpreti \u017eivljenju in si dovoliti \u010dutiti, vendar tega ne moremo, dokler nosimo rane\u00a0zaradi katerih se bojimo, da bi se z zaupanjem odprli in bili znova prizadeti. Toda ne moremo \u017eiveti zaprti in v strahu, saj tako nismo sre\u010dni. Zato si dovolimo, da se iz srca odpremo z zaupanjem, vendar tokrat kot odrasla oseba znamo re\u010di ne tistemu, kar bi nas lahko prizadelo. V Down Dogu smo dodali delfinove roke, ki izvajajo globoko in mo\u010dno rotacijo v ramenih. Polo\u017eaj je zahteven, vendar zelo koristen. Izvajali smo tudi namaste za hrbtom, pri katerem rotiramo ramena in znova odpiramo prsne mi\u0161ice, ter <em>Ustrasano<\/em> \u2013 kamelo, zaklon nazaj. DRAGULJ V SRCU<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160e naprej raziskujemo odpiranje prsnega ko\u0161a. Danes smo s prijetnimi\u00a0ponavljajo\u010dimi se gibi razgibali zgornji del hrbta in ramena ter se spomnili dihanja iz srca \u2013\u00a0<em>Heart space breathing<\/em>. Nato smo nekaj polo\u017eajev za odpiranje ramen zadr\u017eali dlje in poiskali globino diha vse do koti\u010dkov reber. Ponovno smo naredili delfinove roke v Down Dogu in planku, polo\u017eaje na trebuhu za krepitev hrbta ter kamelo. Zelo pomembno je, da pri izvajanju\u00a0<em>zaklonov<\/em>\u00a0ne \u010dutite bole\u010dine v spodnjem delu hrbta. ODPRTO SRCE, POKON\u010cEN HRBET<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zjutraj smo na kratko povzeli mesec in ponovili, kaj smo po\u010deli, da vam bo jasno in boste lahko tisto, kar vam je koristilo, uporabili, ko bo potrebno. Zato vadba traja nekoliko dlje, saj sem na za\u010detku vse ponovila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nato smo seveda \u0161e enkrat izvedli polo\u017eaje, gibe in vaje, dihanje ter odpiranje srca.
