Za za\u010detek smo z dlanmi drseli po trebuhu in z ne\u017eno masa\u017eo spro\u0161\u010denega trebuha spodbudili to smer. Nato preidemo v sklop vaj, s katerimi z rotacijami okoli pasu dodatno spodbudimo pot debelega \u010drevesa. Vaje smo ote\u017eili tako, da smo se spustili v po\u010dep in nadaljevali s kro\u017eenjem, nato pa dodali iztegnjene roke kot dodatno obremenitev. Dobro smo razgibali kro\u017enico okoli pasu in spodbudili pot debelega \u010drevesa. Za konec smo se umirili in mirno zadihali. O\u017dEMANJE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V drugi vadbi s trebuhom izvajamo gib kraj\u0161anja in podalj\u0161evanja, s katerim masiramo ter spodbujamo gibljivost trebuha in hrbtenice. Najprej smo se ogreli s stoje\u010dim <em>Cat-cow<\/em> in isto gibanje poglobili z vajo <em>Spinal breath<\/em>. Po ogrevanju smo iste gibe kraj\u0161anja in podalj\u0161evanja izvajali v hitrej\u0161em ritmu in tako trebuh \u0161e intenzivneje \u201co\u017eemali\u201d. Ob kraj\u0161anju trebuha smo dodali mo\u010dan, sunkovit izdih skozi usta. ZVIJANJE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V tretji vadbi izvajamo zvijanje oziroma rotacije v pasu. Za\u010dnemo stoje z vajo, pri kateri nasprotni komolec pribli\u017eujemo nasprotnemu kolenu in lovimo ravnote\u017eje na eni nogi. Stoje\u010di polo\u017eaj je najbli\u017eji vsakodnevnemu gibanju, zato organe spodbudimo h gibanju v nekoliko druga\u010dni smeri od vpliva gravitacije. Ko gibe usvojimo, vajo nadaljujemo v nekoliko hitrej\u0161em ritmu. Nato podobno gibanje prenesemo v polo\u017eaj z enim stopalom pod kolenom in drugim kolenom na tleh (ali rahlo dvignjenim) ter ponavljamo zasuke. Za konec izvajamo rotacije iz nizkega po\u010depa, ki spodbujajo spodnji del trebuha ter vhod in izhod debelega \u010drevesa. VITALNOST<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V \u010detrtem kratkem dru\u017eenju se ne\u017eno dotikamo in globoko dihamo. Namestili smo se v nekaj lahkotnih polo\u017eajev\u00a0ki raztezajo dele telesa tako, da se odprejo posamezni odseki debelega \u010drevesa. S tem pristopom vstopamo na svojo prebavno pot s pozornostjo (zavedanjem), mirnim dihom in odprtostjo, kar so glavne zna\u010dilnosti terapevtskega dela. Najprej smo odprli spodnji desni del trebuha, nanj polo\u017eili dlan in mirno dihali, nato smo dvignili\u00a0desno roko in rebra ter dihali v zgornji desni kot, se premaknili na zgornji levi del in se na koncu spustili v spodnji levi odsek, kjer je izhod iz debelega \u010drevesa. Dihamo iz globine, kot da telo diha iz dela, na katerega smo polo\u017eili dlan. Z dihom vstopamo vase ter prina\u0161amo mir, zdravje in okrep\u010dilo.
