Mobilnost pomeni dobro in lahkotno gibljivost sklepov ter kakovostno mi\u0161i\u010dno tkivo (brez kr\u010dev). Joga je \u017ee sama po sebi sinonim za mobilnost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poudarjamo gibljivost medenice, ki je osnova za zdravo hrbtenico, raztezanje zadnjih stegenskih mi\u0161ic in psoasa, ki se pri hoji in teku kraj\u0161ajo, ter gibljivost ramenskega obro\u010da. Smeri gibanja na\u0161ih sklepov in vaje za gibalne sklepe, ki nas premikajo. Vitalnost kot na\u010delo zdravja in \u017eivljenjske energije je povezana s tem, kako gibljivi smo in kako dobro se po\u010dutimo v svojem telesu. PRIJETNA STI\u010cI\u0160\u010cA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u0161i sklepi so to\u010dke prehoda iz enega polo\u017eaja v drugega. Morda se nam zdi samoumevno in jih uporabljamo brez razmi\u0161ljanja, vendar so zelo pomembne prelomnice na\u0161ega telesa. Zjutraj smo jih sistemati\u010dno razgibali, ve\u010djim sklepom namenili pozornost in prano, po pozdravih soncu, ki pove\u017eejo celotno telo v eno, pa smo jih stabilizirali z nekaj stoje\u010dimi asanami, ki smo jih zadr\u017eali nekoliko dlje. LINIJE TELESA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ponovno smo razgibali sklepe, naredili pozdrave soncu, nekaj stoje\u010dih asan za stabilnost in mirno mo\u010d ter nekaj asan na tleh z joga trakom, vse s \u010duje\u010dim pristopom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kontemplirali\u00a0smo, kako lahko inteligentno vplivamo na naravo minljivosti. Kak\u0161en odnos zavzamemo \u017ee ob samem vstopu v asane, kako pustimo naravi svojega telesa, da nam pove, kaj je prisotno, in \u0161ele nato glede na to, kar za\u010dutimo, znamo stanje spremeniti na bolje.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:32%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/16_5_karike_cjeline.jpg\" aria-label=\"Open image: 16 5 Karike Cjeline 1024x576\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/16_5_karike_cjeline-1024x576.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2754\"><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. \u010cLENI CELOTE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odlo\u010dno smo za\u010deli s po\u010depi in razgibavanjem spinal breath, nato nadaljevali s pozdravi soncu, obi\u010dajnimi in nekoliko bolj dinami\u010dnimi, ter izpadnim korakom s kolenom, da bi se \u0161e u\u010dinkoviteje razgibali. Sledilo je nekaj prijetnih stabilnih asan za povezovanje celote\u00a0in raztezanje zadnje stegenske lo\u017ee. Prijetna dinami\u010dna\u00a0urica, prava priprava na dan, da se v telesu po\u010dutimo udobno. SMERI V KOLKIH<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zjutraj smo se prijetno razgibali, poudarek je bil na gibljivosti kolkov. Polo\u017eaji in gibi za razgibavanje kolkov na vseh \u0161tirih, nato pozdravi soncu in nekaj stoje\u010dih asan za stabilnost ter rotacije v kolkih. Le z veseljem se lotite vadbe. Ta \u010das za jogo uporabljamo tudi za naravnavanje kakovosti svoje pozornosti. Spro\u0161\u010dena, budna prisotnost v telesu. MOBILNOST OD OSNOVE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dinami\u010dno in teko\u010de naprej. Spet nekaj po\u010depov in spinal breath za ogrevanje, nato pozdravi soncu, vklju\u010dno s tistimi z izpadnim korakom in kolenom na tleh, pri katerih se ne zadr\u017eujemo v\u00a0<em>Down Dogu<\/em>\u00a0temve\u010d samo kro\u017eimo. Med stoje\u010dimi asanami smo znova naredili ravnote\u017ene polo\u017eaje, danes z joga trakom, raztezali zadnje stegenske mi\u0161ice in odpirali kolke. U\u010cINKOVITO GIBANJE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Od uvodnega razgibavanja in gibov spinal breath do dinami\u010dnih pozdravov soncu z dodatnim razgibavanjem hrbtenice z gibi cat-cow. Videli boste, kako odli\u010dni so ti pozdravi soncu, ki te\u010dejo brez prekinitve.<br>Razmi\u0161ljali smo o odlo\u010dnosti in o tem, kako se v vsaki situaciji odzvati najbolje in najbolj pravilno. KOT PTICA<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danes smo za\u010deli s splo\u0161no mobilnostjo, vendar smo posebej poudarili razgibavanje ramen. Delali smo z joga trakovi,\u00a0kroge iz ramen in nekaj zaklonov, ki odpirajo prsni ko\u0161. Za dana\u0161nji dan smo si postavili namero, da ostanemo prisotni in jasno vidimo, kako se telo oblikuje oziroma kako se odziva na informacije, ki pridejo do nas. \u0160ele ko za\u010dutimo, lahko izbiramo, in izberemo sprostitev: ne kopi\u010dimo kr\u010dev in ne nosimo nepotrebnega bremena. VSI ZA ENEGA, EDEN ZA VSE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zadnja urica, s katero povzamemo temo. Naredili smo po malem vsega: veliko gibanja in mobilnosti ter nekaj stati\u010dnih asan za stabilnost\u00a0sklepov in raztezanje zadnjih stegenskih mi\u0161ic. Na\u0161e telo je sistem, v katerem\u00a0noben del ne more biti lo\u010den; vsak vpliva na celoto. To lahko izkustveno do\u017eivimo v svojem telesu, ko vadimo jogo.
