Doma pripravljeni namazi so vedno bolj\u0161i od kupljenih. Prozmaz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Veganski beljakovinski namaz iz \u010di\u010derike \u2013 humus.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Klasi\u010dno, vendar najbolj\u0161e: humus!\u00a0Vedno pride prav, saj je hranljiv, zdrav ter poln beljakovin in zdravih ma\u0161\u010dob. Humus je la\u017eje prebavljiv od nepretla\u010dene \u010di\u010derike, ker je njena lupina, ki lahko napenja, pri pripravi zdrobljena. Limonin sok in za\u010dimbe dodatno izbolj\u0161ajo prebavljivost. Tahini mu doda dobre ma\u0161\u010dobe, kalcij in \u017eelezo. Humus je odli\u010den vir beljakovin, ki ne obremenijo \u017eelodca ali prebave. Doma\u010di humus je veliko bolj\u0161i od kupljenega in lahko v hladilniku stoji od pribli\u017eno deset dni do dveh tednov. Odli\u010dno se poda k vsej surovi, kuhani ali pe\u010deni zelenjavi, na toast, kruh ali krekerje ter kot omaka za \u010dips.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u010cesen je sicer obi\u010dajna sestavina humusa, vendar ga sama ne dodam, da okus ostane ne\u017enej\u0161i. Pikantnost mu dam s kajenskim poprom, ki spodbuja prebavo in je bogat z vitaminom C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SESTAVINE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 velika skodelica kuhane \u010di\u010derike, pribli\u017eno 250 g <br>\u2013 tri velike \u017elice pra\u017eenega sezama, zmletega v pasto, ali kupljenega tahinija <br>\u2013 dve \u017elici limoninega soka<br>\u2013 tri velike \u017elice olj\u010dnega olja <br>\u2013 pol majhne \u017eli\u010dke kumina<br>\u2013 pol majhne \u017eli\u010dke koriandra <br>\u2013 kajenski poper po \u017eelji<br>\u2013 majhna \u017eli\u010dka soli <br>\u2013 malo tople vode<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PRIPRAVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za\u010dimbe zelo na hitro popra\u017eim v suhi ponvi, le toliko, da zadi\u0161ijo. \u010ce so \u017ee v prahu, je to vse, sicer jih zmeljem v kavnem mlin\u010dku. Iz pra\u017eenih sezamovih semen v kavnem mlin\u010dku pripravim tahini ali uporabim kupljenega. Nato vse sestavine dam v zmogljiv me\u0161alnik in gladko zme\u0161am. Vodo dodajam po potrebi. V\u0161e\u010d mi je mazljiv namaz, \u010di\u010derika pa je na za\u010detku suha in bo vpila teko\u010dino. Koli\u010dino kajenskega popra prilagodim \u017eeleni pikantnosti, lahko pa ga tudi izpustite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ko je humus gladek, ga prelo\u017eim v \u010dist kozarec in postavim v hladilnik. Fre\u0161vokado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Avokadov namaz <em>na na\u010din guacamole<\/em>.<\/strong> Glede avokada sem nekoliko neodlo\u010dena, saj prihaja iz oddaljenih krajev in vem, da njegov prevoz v neznanih razmerah lahko traja ve\u010d dni. Tokrat ga je kupil dragi in ko se je dovolj zmeh\u010dal za pripravo namaza, sva si ga z veseljem privo\u0161\u010dila. Ker zbira ko\u0161\u010dice in jih sadi, ena rastlinica avokada pa je na vrtu na Bi\u0161evu \u017ee lepo za\u010dela rasti, bo verjetno sodil med rastline, ki se lahko prilagodijo na\u0161im razmeram. \u010ce bomo neko\u010d imeli plodove svojega avokada, pa zagotovo.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avokado cenijo zaradi zdravih in redkih ma\u0161\u010dob, kot so omega-3. Postre\u017eem takoj, da namaz pojemo sve\u017e. Odli\u010den je tudi kot zdrava omaka za tortilja \u010dips ali surovo korenje oziroma za popestritev prigrizkov, saj ima rahlo <em>nacho cheese<\/em> noto. Ker je masten in hranljiv, ga jejte zmerno in z veliko sve\u017ee zelenjave. Jedilni kvas ga obogati z vitamini skupine B, indijski ore\u0161\u010dki pa so prava zakladnica mineralov in odli\u010dnih ma\u0161\u010dob. Korenje in \u010debulo skuham do mehkega, \u010desen pa lahko blan\u0161irate, \u010de ne \u017eelite premo\u010dnega okusa. Vse sestavine dam v dober me\u0161alnik in zme\u0161am. Obi\u010dajno prihranim vodo, v kateri sta se kuhala korenje in \u010debula. \u010ce potrebujem \u0161e malo teko\u010dine, je najbolje dodati nekaj \u017elic te vode. Namaz je lahko gost za sendvi\u010d ali nekoliko redkej\u0161i kot omaka, odvisno od \u017eelje.
