Ro\u017emarin in \u010desen dodata prijetno aromati\u010dno sredozemsko noto, zato zadi\u0161i vsa kuhinja, ko ratatouille vzamemo iz pe\u010dice. Krompir in sladki krompir vme\u0161am v olje z ro\u017emarinom in \u010desnom, nato pa vse sestavine igrivo zlo\u017eim. Preostalo olje prelijem \u010dez zlo\u017eeno zelenjavo.
