U prvom sloju sadr\u017ei pr\u017eene zobene pahuljice, javorov sirup i mje\u0161avinu pr\u017eenih, mljevenih ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a i sjemenki s ribanom koricom naran\u010de. Zatim sloj komadi\u0107a naran\u010de na koji je raspore\u0111ena krema od bijelog batata i bijele \u010dokolade. Kola\u010d je zasitan i jako hranjiv, sloj svje\u017ee naran\u010de ubacuje svje\u017einu. Svi sastojci su sami po sebi zdravi. Podloga je mje\u0161avina zobi, kvalitetnog slada i ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a, kao dobra energetska tablica, svje\u017ea naran\u010da je naravno vitaminska bomba, a krema je veli\u010dani batat. Hvale ga po bogatstvu minerala, vitamina B i vlakana, ka\u017eu da slo\u017eeni ugljikohidrati u batatu omogu\u0107uju postupno osloba\u0111anje \u0161e\u0107era i njegovu apsorpciju u krvotoku pa se zato preporu\u010duje dijabeti\u010darima i svrstava kao dijetetska namirnica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Kontrast okusa i tekstura u ovom kola\u010du razigrava na\u0161a osjetila i ispri\u010da pri\u010du o suprotnostima koje se u ovom slu\u010daju privla\u010de.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Koristila sam <strong>Bi\u0161evske naran\u010de<\/strong>, ne samo da su ne-\u0161pricane ve\u0107 i rastu u \u010distoj prirodi, prepune soka i eteri\u010dnih ulja, u biti one su povod za kola\u010d. Zatim popr\u017eim na suhoj tavici zobene pahuljice samo da zamiri\u0161u i dobiju lagano zlatni rub te dok su jo\u0161 vru\u0107e umije\u0161am im med, maslac od oraha i javorov sirup tako da se med otopi i da se svi sastojci pro\u017emu. U toku mije\u0161anja dodam cimet, naran\u010dinu koru i malo soli u podlogu. Smjesa treba biti ljepljiva i gusta, ne suha, zob se treba zalijepiti. Tako\u0111er dok je smjesa jo\u0161 topla utisnem ju u kalup. Za kremu batat samo skuham u vodi ili biljnom mlijeku, dok je vru\u0107 umije\u0161am kockice bijele \u010dokolade i miksam u dobrom mikseru. Na sloj zobi i ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a slo\u017eim male kockice naran\u010de pa na njih kremu od batata. Za dekoraciju posipala sam kola\u010d s gorkim kakaom i trakicama tamne \u010dokolade. Kada vidimo \u010dokoladu na kola\u010du dodatno mu se razveselimo. Kola\u010d se treba ohladiti prije serviranja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kola\u010d je bez dodatnog \u0161e\u0107era (\u010dokolade ga sadr\u017ee ali to mo\u017eete regulirati, tako\u0111er \u010dokolade mogu biti veganske), bez glutena, bez mlije\u010dnih proizvoda, potpuno veganski. Ima sve \u0161to treba i nema ni\u0161ta \u0161to ne bi smio imati\u2026<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"
