Najprej pripravimo nadev, nato be\u0161amel, vse skrbno zlo\u017eimo v model v pravilnih razmerjih in nazadnje spe\u010demo.<\/strong> To je precej korakov za eno jed, vendar je lazanja res odli\u010dna, zato se trud izpla\u010da. Predstavljam vam preverjeno odli\u010den recept za vegansko lazanjo brez glutena, ki presko\u010di en korak priprave in je zato nekoliko preprostej\u0161i. Nadeva ni treba posebej toplotno obdelati; sestavine le naribamo in zme\u0161amo, seveda \u010de uporabimo \u017ee kuhano \u010di\u010deriko. Lazanja je bogata z beljakovinami, saj vsebuje veliko \u010di\u010derike in tofuja, zato vas bo prijetno nasitila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odlo\u010dila sem se za brezglutenske liste za lazanjo, be\u0161amel pa sem pripravila iz rastlinskih sestavin. Tokrat sem uporabila kokosovo olje, ovseno mleko in pirino moko, prej\u0161nji\u010d pa son\u010dni\u010dno olje, mandljevo mleko in ovseno moko. Kuhano \u010di\u010deriko pretla\u010dim z vilicami ter prime\u0161am paradi\u017enikovo pasato, malo soli in popra, nekaj \u017elic olj\u010dnega olja ter po \u017eelji malo kajenskega popra. Nadev mora biti so\u010den in dobro povezan, zato vse temeljito preme\u0161amo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za be\u0161amel v topli ponvi segrejem olje in dodam moko. Ko rahlo porjavi, postopoma prilivam mleko in ves \u010das dobro me\u0161am, da ne nastanejo grudice. V omako rada dodam malo mu\u0161katnega ore\u0161\u010dka, sol in poper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zlaganje lazanje je zabavni del: najprej listi, nato nadev z malo be\u0161amela in tako naprej. Postrezite jo z ne\u010dim zelenim, morda pretla\u010deno blitvo ali \u0161pina\u010do oziroma veliko zeleno solato. Lazanja je nasitna in \u00bbgosta\u00ab ter ima dobro razmerje beljakovin in ogljikovih hidratov, zato ji bo ustrezal lahek, nekoliko kiselkast in zelen okus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po mojih izku\u0161njah je to preprost, odli\u010den in hranljiv recept. Stipe in Nikola ga obo\u017eujeta in vse takoj izgine. Lazanja je celosten samostojen obrok, ki vas bo dolgo nasitil.
