Trudimo se, da ostanemo nenehno v stiku s telesnimi ob\u010dutki (npr. neposredna izku\u0161nja je bole\u010dina, sklep o tej bole\u010dini pa je misel \u2013 koncept). Na ta na\u010din, ko ostanemo mirni s stanji, ki jih prebujajo razli\u010dne asane, po\u010dasi spreminjamo navade in prepri\u010danja, ki so globoko v na\u0161em sistemu (podzavesti). Vse na\u0161e navade so ustaljene biokemi\u010dne poti. Vidimo lahko navade, ki pogojujejo na\u0161e vedenje, vendar jih \u0161e vedno ni lahko spremeniti. Naju\u010dinkovitej\u0161a sprememba se zgodi, ko delamo s telesom in umom skupaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z bivanjem v teh nenavadnih polo\u017eajih (asanah), ki nam dajejo druga\u010den pogled nase in nas potiskajo iz cone udobja, ohranjamo vitalnost, igrivost telesa, uma in mladega duha ne glede na starost in izku\u0161nje iz preteklih \u017eivljenj.<br>Nau\u010dimo se sprejemati in premagovati lastne omejitve, poslu\u0161ati svoja telesa in biti bolj prisotni v neposredni izku\u0161nji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pot joge je po\u010dasna in nas postopoma spreminja, z razumevanjem sebe pa razvijamo potrpe\u017eljivost do drugih in ostajamo del toka, saj \u017eivljenje nenehno te\u010de.
