Slobodi da \u017eivimo punim plu\u0107ima kako bi izrazili svoju prirodu, ispunili smisao, radili ono u \u010demu smo dobri i \u0161to volimo te kako bi imali konstruktivne odnose s drugim \u017eivim bi\u0107ima i okolinom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Sloboda u ovom kontekstu zna\u010di odsustvo uzoraka djelovanja koji utje\u010du i vrte nas u slijepom krugu auto reaktivnosti (samsara) \u2013 dakle sloboda od na\u0161ih unutarnjih \u201cterorista\u201d. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao i svaka cjelovita filozofija yoga nudi razne pristupe kako uspostaviti taj \u017eivotni put, jedna od metodologija je sustav \u010dakri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cakre se ilustriraju kao svjetlosne to\u010dke u bojama, mandale i vrtlozi \u0161to nas mo\u017ee zbuniti jer djeluje misti\u010dno, no iza \u010dakri postoji jednostavna znanstvena podloga. Sistem prema kojem su dijelovi tijela uklju\u010duju\u0107i \u017elijezde i organe koji su smje\u0161teni u odre\u0111enom dijelu povezani s djelovanjem u \u017eivotu, emocijama, uvjerenjem i voljom. Tijelo proizvodi energiju, doslovno, proizvodi toplinu, snagu, metaboli\u010dkim procesima transformira jednu vrstu materije u drugu, stvara novi \u017eivot, pretvara kisik\u2026 Druga\u010diji dijelovi tijela i razli\u010dita tkiva zadu\u017eeni su za druga\u010dije transformacije, a \u010dakre su postavljene tako da obja\u0161njavaju 7 glavnih centara \u201cproizvodnje\u201d energije. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kako odre\u0111eni dio tijela proizvodi energiju te koliko to u\u010dinkovito radi rezultira zdravljem i sposobno\u0161\u0107u ili obrnuto. Zato su zdravlje i tjelesna energija usko vezani. To je i teza po kojoj Ayurveda lije\u010di.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoga promovira opciju da energijama u svojem tijelu mo\u017eemo upravljati i znati ih usmjeravati. Sli\u010dno kao i elektri\u010dna energija koje u prirodi ima na pretek, no prije Tesle nismo znali kako je \u201cukrotiti\u201d i usmjeriti da ju mo\u017eemo imati u \u017eicama u zidovima i koristiti svaki dan. Tako i na\u0161e tijelo proizvodi energiju koja kola cijelo vrijeme i ako nema problema, ne trebamo intervenirati no ako ima mo\u017eemo je dresirati i nau\u010diti njome upravljati, postati sam svoj majstor (misli i emocije proizvode energiju jednako kao mi\u0161i\u0107i tijela).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Razlog da koristimo ovaj shematski pristup tijelu slu\u017ei kako bi razumjeli aspekte i potrebe svojeg bivanja kao i \u201cnevidljive uzorke\u201d djelovanja, te prona\u0161li uzrok svojih nezadovoljstava ili \u010dak bolesti. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To je potpuno holisti\u010dki pristup jer su tijelo i um jedno, jedno u drugome te kroz pokret tijelom uz kontemplaciju i meditaciju mo\u017eemo promijeniti duboko koljenski neosvije\u0161teno uvjerenje.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moderne metode kao \u0161to su, Tjelesno orijentirana terapija, Somatska psihoterapija, Kognitivno bihevioralna terapija, Art terapija, Coaching i sl. pristupi su koji tako\u0111er uklju\u010duju oboje, tijelo i um za lije\u010denje, ali govore nama mo\u017eda malo bliskijim jezikom. Metodologija \u010dakri ima isti cilj kao i zapadni pristup, ali koristi druga\u010diji prikaz. Svodi se uglavnom kao prvo na osvje\u0161tavanje, jer ako ne vidimo ne mo\u017eemo intervenirati i kao drugo na razumijevanje \/ opra\u0161tanje \/ prihva\u0107anje sa suosje\u0107anjem. To je na\u0161 lijek, recept je jednostavan a za provedbu se trebamo potruditi i koristiti na\u010dine koje su do sada na\u0161i preci istra\u017eili kako bi si pomogli.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od subote 2.4.2022. kre\u0107e ciklus osvje\u0161tavanja 7 aspekta bivanja \u2013 \u010dakri, u kojem \u0107emo 7 subota za redom sistematski prolaziti svaku \u010dakru pokretom, razgovorom, pitanjima, afirmacijama i meditacijom.
