Ko so \u017ee na meji, da jih sploh \u0161e lahko jemo surove, postanejo popolna sestavina za kola\u010d. \u0160krobnate in sladke vsebujejo dovolj sladkorja ter \u00bbso\u010dnosti\u00ab, da bo kola\u010d zagotovo okusen. Ko sem nekajkrat spekla preprost kola\u010d iz banan, jajc in ovsa, sem se za\u010dela igrati z ustvarjalnimi razli\u010dicami. Predstavljam vam eno veselo in okusno razli\u010dico: <strong>bananin kola\u010d s kakavom in ro\u017ei\u010dem<\/strong>.<br>To je res zdrav kola\u010d brez dodanega sladkorja in glutena, oves ter jajca pa ga spremenijo v beljakovinsko bogat obrok. Spada med \u00bbzajtrkovalne\u00ab kola\u010de, zaradi katerih pri zajtrku pojeste eno rezino kruha manj ali pa le rezino tega kola\u010da s \u010dajem oziroma kavo. Po obilnem kosilu ni tako primeren, ker je nasiten in bo upo\u010dasnil prebavo, po \u0161portu ali jogi pa je odli\u010den, saj hitro povrne energijo. Za otroke, dojen\u010dke, \u0161portnike in vse la\u010dne prihaja re\u0161itev, ob kateri si boste obliznili prste, sestavine pa imate najverjetneje \u017ee doma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V\u0161e\u010d mi je, ko je obrok zanimiv. Sestavine v skledi gladko zme\u0161am s pali\u010dnim me\u0161alnikom, ker mi je tako najla\u017eje, lahko pa uporabite katerikoli drug me\u0161alnik. \u010ce so banane le srednje zrele, bo morda treba dodati malo mleka ali vode, vendar le nekaj \u017elic. Popolnoma zrele banane so \u017ee skoraj ka\u0161a. Kokosova moka ni nujna; doda nekaj \u010dvrstosti, lahko pa jo nadomestite z ovsom. Zmes pustim vsaj eno uro po\u010divati pri sobni temperaturi, da se oves dobro namo\u010di in se sestavine pove\u017eejo. <br>Nato zmes razdelim na dva enaka dela. Enemu prime\u0161am kakav, drugemu pa ro\u017ei\u010d. Tudi po tem je dobro testo pred peko pustiti po\u010divati, da se sestavine prepojijo. Navdihnilo me je izmeni\u010dno zlaganje, tako da vsak postre\u017een kos vsebuje oba okusa. Ko sem testo razporedila v model, sem ga \u0161e malo okrasila: na del z ro\u017ei\u010dem sem polo\u017eila mandlje, na dele s kakavom pa ko\u0161\u010dke \u010dokolade. Kola\u010d je nato pripravljen za pribli\u017eno 25 minut peke pri 180 \u00b0C v predhodno ogreti pe\u010dici. Ker je temne barve, te\u017eko opazimo, kdaj porjavi. Pri meni se nekoliko odmakne od roba modela in ob njem porjavi, zato vem, da je pe\u010den. Na splo\u0161no se ne pe\u010de dolgo in lahko ga jemo tudi toplega, seveda ne vro\u010dega.
