Kao i sve u prirodi kada do\u0111e sezona za ne\u0161to onda toga ima na pretek. Zato se trudim smi\u0161ljati recepte da ih potro\u0161imo. Ova lazanja je jedna u nizu tih inovacija. Patlid\u017eani u receptu zamjenjuju tijesto te je time \u010dine lak\u0161om i hranjivijom varijantom i potpuno povrtnim, bezglutenskim obrokom. Idealnim za tople ljetne dane. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Patlid\u017eani su naravno puno aromati\u010dniji od obi\u010dnog tijesta za lazanje i dodaju svoju notu u cijelu rapsodiju okusa. Smjesa izme\u0111u slojeva pe\u010denih patlid\u017eana sastavljena je od le\u0107e, dimljenog tofua, mrkve, paradajza, \u010de\u0161njaka i za\u010dina. To je proteinski dio lazanje, onaj koji nam daje snagu i dr\u017ei sitima. Kad sam odlu\u010dila napraviti lazanju od patlid\u017eana i malo &#8220;proguglala&#8221; \u0161to su drugi radili vidjela sam da ipak idem improvizirati i da je rezultat neizvjestan. Na sitno naribam mrkvu i \u010de\u0161njak, a tofu malo krupnije i dobro umije\u0161am s kuhanom le\u0107om, pola \u0161alice pasate, dvije \u017elice ulja i za\u010dinima. Stavila sam Tandori masalu, sol i papar no ako samo stavite sol, papar i mo\u017eda malo kajenskog papra bit \u0107e vam super. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Smjesa treba biti so\u010dna ali ne teku\u0107a, konzistencija takva da se sve dobro pove\u017ee.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Patlid\u017eane stisnem da se voda ocijedi i na naglo pope\u010dem na tavici u malo ulja, tako da omek\u0161aju i zarumene sa svake strane. Meni su za vrh ostala jo\u0161 samo dva kruga patlid\u017eana pa sam ih stavila ali ho\u0107u re\u0107i skoro je svejedno s \u010dime zavr\u0161ite. Na to prelijevam smjesu pasate i dobro je rasporedim po cijeloj povr\u0161ini. Za kraj posipala sam bundevine sjemenke jer sam htjela da bude ne\u0161to hrskavo na vrhu.
