Gre za okusen recept za po\u010dasno hrano, pri katerem se konice listov arti\u010dok li\u017eejo in strgajo z zobmi, medtem ko kruh namakate v omako, fi\u017eol pa se je zraven. Ta razli\u010dica mi je v\u0161e\u010d, vendar je moji otroci no\u010dejo jesti. Morala sem si izmisliti \u0161e en recept za to poslastico, ki nam jo daje narava. Prav, nisem pomislila na ni\u010d zapletenega, saj vam ponujam recept za ri\u017eoto, ampak to je le en predlog za odli\u010dno alternativno jed z arti\u010dokami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arti\u010doke so vedno na vrhu seznama, ko gre za \u017eivila z lahko topnimi vlakninami, spodbujajo zdravo prebavo, so bogate z antioksidanti in vsebujejo \u0161iroko paleto hranil, pomagajo \u010distiti jetra in kri. Te barve si z rok in okoli nohtov ne morem sprati ve\u010d dni, zato je bolje, da si nadenem rokavice, kot pa da razlagam, da imam \u010diste roke, ampak da sem arti\u010doke nabrala sama. Ko so enkrat nabrane, lahko nekaj dni stojijo v hladilniku, dokler jih ne uporabim za ta recept za ri\u017eoto, vendar sem opazila, da \u010de stojijo dlje, se za\u010dnejo izsu\u0161evati in postajajo trde, sredica, ki jo pojemo, pa postaja vse manj\u0161a. Za ri\u017eoto lahko uporabite samo ri\u017e, v zadnjem \u010dasu ga me\u0161am s prosom ali kvinojo, da bo malo bogatej\u0161a s hranili. Ampak to ni nujno, da bi bil ta recept okusen. \u010cebulo in \u010desen nare\u017eem na kocke in ju prepra\u017eim na olivnem olju, dokler se malo ne obarvata. Na to osnovo vr\u017eem pripravljene sr\u010dke arti\u010dok in jih \u0161e malo dlje pra\u017eim na olju. Nato dodam poper, da zadi\u0161i, in na vrh suh ri\u017e (in proso) ter ga na kratko zavrem v oljno-zelenjavni osnovi. Dodam skoraj dvakrat toliko vode, kot je ri\u017ea, vendar ne preve\u010d, ker imam rada, da ri\u017e ostane al dente. Dodam tudi sol in pustim kuhati pribli\u017eno 13 minut.
