To je res dobra kombinacija in se lahko zelo uspe\u0161no pripravi tudi v veganski razli\u010dici. Tokrat pa sem \u017eelela poskusiti razli\u010dico z mediteranskimi sestavinami in niansami okusa. Ta belu\u0161 je mediteranska rastlina, ob njenih grmovjih pa rastejo ro\u017emarin, nesmrtnica, blitva in druge &#8220;divje&#8221; rastline. Nato dodam ri\u017e, da se v olju malo postekleni, in poper, da zadi\u0161i. Po tem dodam belu\u0161e, vodo, sol in pokrovko. Ri\u017eoto kuham pribli\u017eno 12 minut, vendar pazim, da ri\u017e ostane al dente (na skodelico ri\u017ea naj bo skodelica in pol vode). Zeleni listovi mogu biti bilo koji po va\u0161em izboru, imala sam ra\u0161tiku pa sam je stavila ali mo\u017ee i blitva, \u0161pinat ili kelj. Zatim stavim kumin i papar da se &#8220;dignu&#8221;** na tom vru\u0107em ulju. Zalijem s malo vode da se pirja jo\u0161 koju minutu. Zatim samo stavim svi ostale sastojke, osim octa i per\u0161ina s jo\u0161 dvije \u0161alice vode. Kuha se dok najve\u0107i komad cvjeta\u010de ne postane mekan, oko 15 minuta. Juhu pasirajte, mo\u017ee i sa \u0161tapnim mikserom pa ubacite soli i papra po \u017eelji, \u017eli\u010dicu octa i sitno sjeckani per\u0161in te ako treba jo\u0161 malo vode.
