Kaj nam manjka, da bi se gibali in bili motivirani?<br><\/strong>Ko smo v dru\u017ebi, v vodenem programu, preprosto sledimo ritmu skupine in izvajamo prakso. Ko pa smo sami, prepu\u0161\u010deni svoji volji in svojemu \u00bbprostemu \u010dasu\u00ab, moramo prebuditi lastno disciplino. V tem kratkem besedilu razi\u0161\u010dite, kako na zdrav na\u010din graditi samodisciplino, ki je klju\u010d do vadbe doma in ohranjanja zdravih navad. Joga k disciplini pristopa kot k poti do prebujanja vere in ljubezni do sprememb, ki jo je enostavno graditi, ker ne izhaja iz krivde, temve\u010d iz veselja. Nau\u010dimo se v 7 korakih, kako razviti jogijsko samodisciplino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Prava motivacija<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Beseda disciplina nam prikli\u010de v spomin strogost, voja\u0161ki red in nadzor, pogosto pa jo povezujemo s pri\u010dakovanjem rezultatov in s tem ob\u010dutkom krivde. \u010ce se zaradi teh \u010dustev odlo\u010dimo nekaj spremeniti, bomo ugotovili, da izhajamo iz ideje, da zdaj ali tisto, kar \u017eelimo spremeniti, ni dobro. To pomeni, da hrepenimo po disciplini in nadzoru, ker nismo dobri tak\u0161ni, kot smo, in to je oblika sovra\u0161tva ali odpora do sebe ali do tega, kako so stvari zdaj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri jogi vadimo nenasilje, kar pomeni, da na\u0161 namen za prakso ne izhaja iz krivde ali sovra\u0161tva. Kljub fizi\u010dnim ob\u010dutkom<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Postavitev pravega namena za prakso je jasna, \u010deprav zahteva nekaj \u010dustvene kalibracije. Spustite tar\u010do.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri\u010dakovanje rezultatov nas \u017ee od samega za\u010detka blokira, ker imamo predstavo o tem, kako naj bi na\u0161a vadba (praksa) izgledala, da bi bila \u00bbdovolj dobra\u00ab. \u010ce za\u010dnemo in potek na\u0161e vadbe ne ustreza tej predstavi, smo frustrirani in nimamo veselja, zato tudi motivacije. Zato se pred za\u010detkom opustimo ideje o tem, koliko moramo telovaditi in kako moramo biti dobri, in za\u010dnemo s tem, kar je. Nastavi prioriteto<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzeli smo si \u010das za vadbo, kar pomeni, da je zdaj prioriteta. Vadba je na prvem mestu pred vsemi najpomembnej\u0161imi stvarmi na svetu. Pri vadbi gre za to, da se opustimo identifikacijo s prijetnimi in za\u017eelenimi ob\u010dutki v telesu, zaradi katerih verjamemo, da smo dobri, na pravi poti, da tako &#8220;mora biti&#8221;.
