Poleg tega zaradi diureti\u010dnega u\u010dinka spodbujajo \u010di\u0161\u010denje telesa in pomagajo pri te\u017eavah z uriniranjem. Juha je precej nasitna in prijetna za \u017eelodec, hkrati pa hranljiva in bogata s hranili. Kumina je le v ozadju, lahko je dodate malo, \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dka kisa pa prina\u0161a sve\u017eino in pomaga pri prebavi. Juho smo v sezoni divjih belu\u0161ev ve\u010dkrat skuhali, ker je pravi hit. Pustim kuhati 10 minut. Ko se zelenjava zmeh\u010da, dodam na kratke ko\u0161\u010dke narezan belu\u0161 in kuham \u0161e 3\u20135 minut, nato pa ugasnem ogenj. Po kuhanju juho s pali\u010dnim me\u0161alnikom pretla\u010dim v pirej, dokler se ne zgosti, ne kot ka\u0161a, ampak ravno toliko, da napolni vsako \u017elico, zato je bolje kuhati z manj vode in po potrebi dodajati. Dodam \u010dajno \u017eli\u010dko jabol\u010dnega kisa in preme\u0161am.<br>Za okras ga lahko potresemo s sesekljanimi listi peter\u0161ilja in kockami pope\u010denega
