Ob ponedeljkih in sredah od 8. do 8.40. Posnetki ur z motivacijskimi besedili in navodili za pisanje dnevnika Midful bodo poslani na va\u0161 e-po\u0161tni naslov.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:20%\">\n<p><strong>3. <\/strong>Te\u010daji po\u010dasne \u010duje\u010de joge. Prva dva petka po uvodni delavnici od 10. do 10.40 imamo obnovitveni, meditativni te\u010daj \u010duje\u010de joge, ki sledi mese\u010dni temi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:20%\">\n<p><strong>4. <\/strong>10-minutna ura za prebujanje z jogo. Na\u010dela so preprosta in njihova uporaba je neposreden napor za najve\u010djo vrednost, ki jo lahko dobimo iz joge. Osnova je somatska joga, metoda pa deluje na prebujanju \u017eivljenjske energije (prane).
