Znanost in umetnost sta v mojem \u017eivljenju tesno prepleteni, saj mi je za strokovnjakinjo v pou\u010devanju joge znanje prav tako pomembno kot njegova ustvarjalna uporaba. Medtem ko so bili drugi \u0161tudenti brezskrbni in so se dru\u017eili, sem si jaz zastavljal vpra\u0161anje \u00bbkako biti sre\u010den, vedo\u010d, da je \u017eivljenje nepredvidljivo in da so lo\u010ditve vsakdanja resnica\u00ab. Pri 20 letih sem imel prilo\u017enost za tri mesece oditi na \u0160rilanko v budisti\u010dni meditacijski center. Tam sem dobil svoj odgovor, veliko meditiral in z odprtim srcem preu\u010deval Budove nauke pod vodstvom modrih mojstrov. Po vrnitvi v vsakdanje \u017eivljenje je v meni obstajala velika vrzel med tistim \u00bbsmiselnim \u017eivljenjem v naravi, z meditativnim umom in podporo skupnosti\u00ab in mestnim, \u0161tudentskim \u017eivljenjem. Z leti sem povezal ta dva svetova in vas posku\u0161am motivirati, da prebudite svojo zavest in najdete najgloblji smisel v svojih vsakdanjih dejanjih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Prav to vsakdanje \u017eivljenje je na\u0161e najve\u010dje bogastvo in smisel.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Pre\u017eivel sem veliko ve\u010ddnevnih <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/sl\/programi\/meditacija-cujecnosti\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/sl\/programi\/meditacija-cujecnosti\/\">Vipassana in \u010cuje\u010dnih umikov<\/a> v popolni ti\u0161ini. V meditaciji se nau\u010dimo zavedati stanja in ostati \u0161ir\u0161i od njega. To je obi\u010dajno najla\u017eje dose\u010di skozi telo in telesne ob\u010dutke, saj zlahka ob\u010dutimo kr\u010d (reaktivnost) v telesu in lahko ohranimo spro\u0161\u010den prostor okoli skr\u010denega. Veliko sem se nau\u010dila o povezavi med telesom in umom, podrobnostih asan in tehni\u010dni poravnavi. Pridobila sem veliko izku\u0161enj z vodenjem joge, asistenco pri asanah, podporo u\u010dencem in razumevanjem, kako smo si vsi razli\u010dni. Na teh temeljih sem gradila svoje znanje o anatomiji in fiziognomiji telesa ter poudarjala, da bi morala biti praksa joge za nas terapevtska. Obiskovala sem \u0161tevilne delavnice in te\u010daje na temo joga terapije, prenatalne in antistresne joge ter tehnik dela s telesom. Iz teh izku\u0161enj je moj pristop k vodenju dobil pridevnik terapevtska joga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Joga bi morala biti za nas zdravilo, ne sama sebi cilj. Joga je praksa opu\u0161\u010danja, ne kopi\u010denja.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Vodim vas tako, da razlo\u017eim, kaj \u017eelimo dose\u010di, ko izvajamo polo\u017eaj ali gibanje. Z jasnimi nameni se lahko pripravimo na spodbujanje in aktiviranje dolo\u010denega dela telesa. Skozi vse leto bomo z <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/sl\/online-yoga\/letni-spletni-program-joge\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/sl\/online-yoga\/letni-spletni-program-joge\/\">mese\u010dnimi temami<\/a> premikali celotno telo v razli\u010dne smeri, s \u010dimer bomo v dobrem razmerju izbolj\u0161ali gibljivost, mo\u010d in odprtost. Obstajajo \u0161tevilni odli\u010dni nasveti in prakti\u010dna navodila, ki slu\u017eijo ohranjanju zdravja, re\u0161evanju zdravstvenih te\u017eav, zmanj\u0161evanju stresa in na splo\u0161no izbolj\u0161anju kakovosti \u017eivljenja. Dobri stari moto &#8220;<strong>zdrav duh v zdravem telesu<\/strong>&#8220;. Volja in predanost, ki ju potrebujemo za redno fizi\u010dno in mentalno vodenje (tako imenovana disciplina), bosta mo\u010dno odvisni od namena, s katerim delujemo. Beseda joga sama po sebi pomeni \u00bbzdru\u017eiti\u00ab, to smo \u017ee ve\u010dkrat sli\u0161ali, in jo lahko razlagamo dobesedno: zdru\u017eimo polno zavestno pozornost s fizi\u010dno izku\u0161njo, ki se v tem trenutku dogaja v telesu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skozi jogo se nau\u010dimo sprejeti, sprostiti ali premagati navade, ki nas ovirajo. Nau\u010dimo se razlikovati med telesno izku\u0161njo in komentarji nanjo, ki so obi\u010dajno zelo tesno povezani. Te\u017eava tega kratkega stika je v tem, da se samodejno odzovemo na misli, ki so jih spro\u017eili telesni ob\u010dutki, ki pa spro\u017eijo iste misli, in se vrtimo v \u00bbslepem krogu\u00ab (samsara).<br>Na\u0161 cilj je skozi jogo zagotoviti prostor in prilo\u017enosti za razli\u010dne reakcije, nove mo\u017enosti in re\u0161itve. Telo do\u017eivlja svet okoli sebe, um pa to izku\u0161njo interpretira.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Drugo koristno in prakti\u010dno reprogramiranje, ki se zgodi z redno (pravilno) vadbo joge, je lo\u010devanje stresa od mo\u010di v telesu in sposobnost pre\u017eivetja stresne izku\u0161nje ter njene sprostitve po njenem koncu. Dolo\u010deni deli telesa, ko so napeti (aktivni), bodo razvili telesno mo\u010d, medtem ko bodo drugi, ko so v kr\u010du, zadr\u017eali stres v telesu. To pomeni, da dajem prednost metodam, ki konkretno pomagajo re\u0161iti dolo\u010den problem.<\/strong> V vodenih spletnih te\u010dajih (ali kot del zasebnih lekcij) obravnavam dolo\u010den problem, vpra\u0161anje ali del telesa. Z gibanjem, dihanjem, pozornostjo do dela, raztezanjem in so\u010dutnim odnosom se lahko zavestno in namensko dotaknemo svojega telesa ter razgibamo mi\u0161ice in tkiva, ki nas dr\u017eijo ujete v bole\u010dini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terapevtski pristop prepozna kompleksnost vsake zdravstvene te\u017eave in se ji loteva celostno \u2013 z uporabo jogijskih metod. Joga terapija prepoznava individualne razlike v starosti, \u017eivljenjskem slogu, filozofiji, poklicu, du\u0161evnem in telesnem zdravju vsakega posameznika, saj je vsak od nas edinstvena kombinacija psihosomatskih zna\u010dilnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zanimanje za terapevtski pristop k jogi delim s kolegico Katarino Luketino, s katero sva za\u010deli spletni izobra\u017eevalni program \u00bbDivya terapija\u00ab (zdaj Zdrav&#8217;ko joga). Povabili smo ugledne hrva\u0161ke u\u010ditelje joge, ki so prav tako prepoznali, kako se joga lahko uporablja v terapevtske namene, da so v dvourni teoreti\u010dno-prakti\u010dni delavnici obravnavali po eno temo. Serija izobra\u017eevanj je bila zelo uspe\u0161na in pou\u010dna, veliko sem se nau\u010dila tudi sama. K. S. Iyengarja in za\u010dela izvajati jogijske polo\u017eaje po tej knjigi v dru\u017ebi prijateljev<\/strong>. Samostojno sem vadila do 23. leta, ko sem za\u010dela obiskovati skupinske vodene te\u010daje Ashtanga in Vinyasa joge v takratnih zagreb\u0161kih joga studiih Navu in Sangha. Od leta 2009 je Ashtanga Vinyasa joga postala osnova za mojo osebno prakso in jogo, ki jo pou\u010dujem. Ve\u010d o mojem odnosu in pristopu k <strong>Ashtanga Vinyasa jogi <\/strong>si lahko preberete na &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/sl\/programi\/ashtanga-joga\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/sl\/programi\/ashtanga-joga\/\">Ashtanga joga<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaklju\u010dujem program usposabljanja za u\u010ditelja joge (RYT 200) na \u0161oli GaiaYoga pod vodstvom Marca Bianca in Sandre \u0110idara Bianco. Hvale\u017ena sem svojim u\u010diteljem za podporo in u\u010denje.<br>Skozi leta sem se udele\u017eila \u0161tevilnih delavnic in te\u010dajev svetovno znanih a\u0161tanga jogijev: Davida Swensona, Richarda Freemana, Kina MacGregorja, Marca in Joanne Darby, Govinde Kaija, Manjuja Joisa, Harmonyja Litchija, Eddieja Sterna, Petri Raisanena \u2026 Izobra\u017eevanje kot u\u010diteljica joge nadaljujem pri Petri Carmichael v studiu Divya joge, kjer zaklju\u010dujem nadaljnje izobra\u017eevanje (RYT 500). Tam moja praksa pridobi stabilnost in varnost, za kar se lahko zahvalim svoji u\u010diteljici Petri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Jogo sem za\u010dela pou\u010devati, ker me je spodbudil ob\u010dutek, da je ta disciplina dragoceno orodje za bolj\u0161e \u017eivljenje in da lahko tisto, kar je meni pomagalo, prenesem na druge.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Leta 2004 sem za tri mesece od\u0161el na \u0160rilanko v budisti\u010dni meditacijski center, kjer sem poglobil svoje znanje o budizmu in vipassana meditaciji. Od takrat sem se udele\u017eil \u0161tevilnih desetdnevnih meditacijskih umikov, ki so jih vodili u\u010ditelji: <strong>Mislav Bre\u010di\u0107, Bhante Sujiva, Ajahn Sundra, Martine Batchelor, Tina Rasmussen, centri S. N. Goenka<\/strong>. Ve\u010d o meditaciji si lahko preberete na strani o <a href=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/sl\/programi\/meditacija-cujecnosti\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/tena.yoga\/sl\/programi\/meditacija-cujecnosti\/\">meditaciji<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meditacije in joge ne lo\u010dujem od svojega vsakdanjega \u017eivljenja, temve\u010d bogastvo teh naukov uporabljam v \u017eivljenju, ki ga \u017eivimo tukaj in zdaj.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jogo pou\u010dujem \u017ee od leta 2012, ko sem kon\u010dala \u0161olo za u\u010ditelje joge, najprej v ve\u010d manj\u0161ih skupinah na ve\u010d mestih, kmalu pa bom za\u010dela voditi redne skupine v studiu Om yoga in \u0160arena. Od leta 2018 vodim center in \u0161olo joge Divya z u\u010diteljico Petro, najino sodelovanje je bilo zelo lepo, a kratko, ker se je Petra preselila v Ameriko in mi prepustila center joge Divya. Do leta 2021 bom s sodelavci vodila center, programe joge in dve generaciji usposabljanja za u\u010ditelje joge (TT200). Center se bo zaprl spomladi 2021, jeseni istega leta pa bom za\u010dela samostojno delati in za\u010dela ta projekt Tena yoga.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow
