To je narava ravnovesja, ko je nekje prevelik pritisk, ga je treba uravnote\u017eiti. Na\u0161e telo i\u0161\u010de ravnovesje z delovanjem naravnih \u010distilnih funkcij telesa (bruhanje, spahovanje, kolcanje \u2026), lahko pa mu pomagamo tudi z jogijskimi Krijami (notranjimi dejanji). Osnovnih \u0161est joga Krij je: Neti &#8211; \u010di\u0161\u010denje nosne votline, Dhauti &#8211; \u010di\u0161\u010denje prebavnega trakta od ust do \u017eelodca, Nauli &#8211; masa\u017ea trebuha, Basti &#8211; \u010di\u0161\u010denje spodnjega dela prebavnega trakta (klistir), Kapalabhati &#8211; jogijsko dihanje, ki \u010disti nos, sinuse in plju\u010da, Tratak &#8211; \u010di\u0161\u010denje o\u010di in izbolj\u0161anje fokusa. Te tehnike so specifi\u010dne in se izvajajo pod nadzorom, vendar lahko iz razumevanja njihovih na\u010del izvajamo gibe, ki pomagajo telesu, da se o\u010disti. Gremo skozi dinami\u010dne joga krije in pranajame. Joga za razstrupljanje in spodbujanje protivnetnih procesov za \u010di\u0161\u010denje telesa. Dinami\u010dni gibi in mo\u010d prebudijo vulkan na\u0161ega sistema, ki odstranjuje ostanke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cuje\u010d dnevnik: Dotikanje jeze, zdravega vidika jeze. Usmerjanje energije jeze in prevzem nadzora.
