Kako so vse informacije zapisane v majhnem semenu, ki mu omogo\u010dajo, da zraste v veliko drevo? Kako rastlina ve, kako pretvoriti sonce, zrak in zemljo v energijo v \u017eivljenju? Ker so pogoji pravi in \u200b\u200bvitalnost preprosto te\u010de. Joga ponuja metode, ki se ukvarjajo z ustvarjanjem pogojev, da zdravje in vitalnost te\u010deta skozi nas. Glavni kanal za ta tok je na\u0161a hrbtenica, ta nas dr\u017ei pokonci, periferija pa se spro\u0161\u010da. Ob\u010dutek rasti drevesa prenesemo v na\u0161e telo z gibi in asanami.
