Ljubezen je dobra volja, sprejemanje vseh stanj in odnosov, a predvsem je ljubezen prisotnost. S prebujanjem srca postanemo bolj ob\u010dutljivi in \u200b\u200bodprti, a tudi bolj iskreni. Ta mesec delamo na odpiranju ramenskega obro\u010da in izbolj\u0161anju dihalne sposobnosti. Zmeh\u010damo prsni ko\u0161, ramena in trup ter dihamo &#8220;skozi srce&#8221;. Plju\u010da objemajo na\u0161e srce, ritem dihanja pa neposredno vpliva na ritem srca in celotnega \u017eiv\u010dnega sistema. Ko osvobodimo dihanje, se srce giblje v \u0161ir\u0161em, udobnej\u0161em prostoru in ima ve\u010djo sposobnost potrpe\u017eljivosti in razumevanja vseh stanj, v katerih smo prisotni. Ta mesec posve\u010damo skladnosti diha in srca, gibljivosti ramen in spalni dr\u017ei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnevnik \u010duje\u010dnosti: Vrnite se k energiji svojega srca. Kak\u0161en je ob\u010dutek delovati samo iz \u010diste, iskrene gonilne energije srca?
