To je to: vse pride ob svojem \u010dasu, ko so za to pripravljeni pogoji, ko je zrelo. V\u010dasih pa nismo pripravljeni prepustiti se in verjeti, da bo vse tako, kot mora biti, \u010detudi morda ni tako, kot si mislimo, da bi moralo biti. Odpiranje popka je naravni proces, v katerem se iz nezrelega, zelenega in stisnjenega materiala ustvarijo cvetni listi, barva, vonj in ekstaza, ki jo ima na primer vrtnica. Tak\u0161no je tudi na\u0161e \u017eivljenje, ko od majhnega dojen\u010dka gledamo na odraslega z vsem, kar bo iz nas vzcvetelo. Zato je to odli\u010dna tema za mesec joge, predajanje igrivosti plesu, ki prebuja veselje in mladost. Gremo skozi ritmi\u010dne in plesne gibe, v katerih se predajamo u\u017eitku plesa. Izvajamo nekoliko nenavadne segmente, uravnote\u017eujemo in odpiramo prsi.<br>Bodimo resni\u010dno veselje \u017eivljenja in ples na\u0161ih du\u0161, tako kot se cvet veselo odpre, da izrazi svojo polno naravo in potencial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnevnik \u010duje\u010dnosti: V katere \u017eelje in odpore verjamete v svojem \u017eivljenju?
